Front desk staff was exceptional great, breakfast was good, bed was comfy and room was clean. I loved the walkway bridge.

The housekeeping on the 8th floor was so rude to me. I called for towels about 2hrs ago and haven't received them, so I saw her on the hall and asked for some she threw her hands in the air and let out a loud breath and started fussing about how they have towel ladies and proceeds to sling me ONE towel

Excellent location! Beautiful patio and seating area facing the lake. The rooms were clean and spacious. Bed was not the most comfortable as was sinking when sleeping. The the washrooms were clean and well kept. The breakfast every morning was great.

The front desk staff was extremely sweet and courteous. However the house keeping staff is a different story. Very rude! We stayed for 7 nights and they barely came 2-3 times to make our beds in-spite of us reminding them. They showed up to our room one morning at 8:45AM for house keeping. When we told them it was too early they told us “it was now, or they cannot return” in a very rude tone. In all my extensive experiences with hotels, I have never been forced to leave my room at 8:45AM to receive house-keeping. The house-keeping staff needs to be trained on how to speak to customers. Get rid of that attitude!

Loved the hospitality and the accommodations they made for my husband and I. We initially stayed there due to my husband going through a neck infusion. I was amazed how close everything I needed was around the vicinity. I requested a shower chair and to extend my stay. The staff was amazing in fulfilling my accommodations. I will definitely be back at this location.

The bed and pillows were not as comfortable as I thought they would be. We managed to make it work by buying pillows and a mattress pad at Costco. I was also bummed that we did not have a microwave in the room.

The location is perfect for my needs, love the lake view & walking path as well as the fitness room . The full breakfast buffet is a real plus!

Timing of spring break while 2 full bus loads of students filled the breakfast area. They were all very polite but still made it difficult to find a seat . Should have staggered their breakfast times so as not to prevent other guests from having a seat.

I liked the layout of the room. It was spacious, clean and had a great view of the lake. The outdoor area around the lake was very serene and relaxing. I loved that there was a walking trail around it. Overall, I loved the neighborhood and hotel a lot and would recommend it to anyone.

I only wish the room had a microwave, but it was easy enough to use the one in the lobby area. More seating might be considered on the outdoor patio by the lake.

Walls are too thin!!!! Could hear the ice machine, the room next to us, and the maids are very loud!! I know the breakfast is continental….. but seriously scrambled eggs & sausage almost every day??? What happened to the bacon or some other kind of meat?

Loved that this place was located 7 min. from the hospital my husband was having surgery. The surrounding area was very beautiful and everything I needed was conveniently located near me. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

I didn't like that the bathrooms a too small. The space could be a little bit larger and also pillows could be more comfortable.

All staff members were friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to my client's location and I loved the choices of restaurants just a short and pleasant walk away. Loved the choices of tea in my room.

I would have liked the tea to be replaced in my room each day as I really enjoyed it! Better choices for the TV channels. More choices of fruit at breakfast.

It's a very nice hotel-- clean, comfortable, quiet, and in a great location. The staff was nice and the room was spacious.

The TV was a little difficult to work with and the bathroom could have used better lighting. We also thought that it would have been nice to have complimentary waters in the room touse to make coffee/tea.

I booked the Hyatt because I needed a shuttle to take my husband and myself to MD Anderson every morning. Hyatt had the shuttle, the two shuttle drivers were so helpful and kind. They went out of their way to help us in and out of the shuttle and to make our ride enjoyable

Clean the air conditioner vents. One front desk person was rude about the shuttle picking us up from a dinner and told us we should have booked it and the other people had said just to call to be picked up
