Very friendly staff and helpful, Room very clean and was very roomy, the location was good not far from our destination of our tour ! I would definitely stay again !

I had booked a reservation on the booking.com sight but realized if you where touring the transalleghaney asylum you received a discount on your room it said to call if you where doing so. Somehow there was a mix up and I was charged for two different rooms....but in defense of the staff at the holiday inn they where very helpful and nice about refunding our money !!! So it worked out !

Jenna was very helpful and accommodating to my uncomfortable situation and my privacy. She was very professional and helpful. The hotel was impeccably clean. The woman who did the breakfast that Friday morning ( December 9th) was very kind and helpful to my children and me. She made their morning.

Nothing. I have not one single comment about my visit.

We just stopped at the hotel ryan on our way to Pennsylvania and ask if they have any rooms available which I did and it was a great comfortable room.  And they had a nice continental breakfast the next morning.

We were only there overnight so I didn’t see any negative points at this hotel

Hotel was located away from the highway, so it was quiet. The rooms were beautiful and updated to be quite modern. The bed was very comfortable.

Everything was fine. However, we noted that the hotel had a hot tub sometime in the past and that it had been removed. We would love it even more if they could bring the hot tub back.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk was very helpful with any questions. Whole family enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good.

Was disappointed that the hot tub had been concreted over. The website said that it had one, so a bit of a let down that it was no longer usable.

The room was huge, the pool was great and the breakfast was really good. The day shift front desk lady was very nice and helpful.

The room beside us had at least 6 kids in it. They were screaming, yelling, running up and down the hall, and one kid was even skateboarding in the hall. When I took my daughter to the pool that group came in with a total of 12 kids and they were again screaming and yelling. It was so loud I don't know how the front desk couldn't hear them. It was so loud that we had to leave. If it weren't for people letting their kids run wild, the stay would've been perfect.

Hotel was in a superb spot for where we going! Easy to navigate, the facilities were clean and accommodating. Hot tub and pool were open! Free bottled water for duration of stay.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I didn't have more time to spend in the hotel room cause I enjoyed it so much!

Excellent location right off highway. Staff was very helpful, great breakfast and the room was amazing! Priced right, clean. Safe and very comfortable. Room was huge, loved the chaise and that king size bed was so comfortable.

The location was perfect for me, halfway between KY and PA. I also appreciated having a gas station nearby. The hotel allows pets and my dog was very calm through the night. There wasn't noise or foot traffic to distract her.

The breakfast bar was great and had a lot of options, except if you are vegan. But i know to bring my own food. I don't expect places to accommodate my food allergies. This was the only thing I could think of to answer this question because everything was great.

Breakfast was well prepared, very good, with plenty of fruit. Other amenities such as water and muffins were provided as desired. All visited areas were well cleaned and kept neat and tidy.
