The entry room was very cutely decorated with a tree and a family of snowmen and night clerk was amazing!! The room was beautiful and smelled very clean! The bed was so comfy! My husband was going to ask the clerk how much for the bed and mattress so we could take it home!!!

Maybe alittle more for breakfast? They had pre packaged muffence and danishes and they were good. But for a hotel as beautiful as this one, I expected alittle more.

Best place to stay when in Buckhannon! Extra large rooms. Enough to put a queen air mattress between the two beds. As the kids were best in their own areas. Outside covered patio. It was great area to have a drink and chat/hang out with the family when we were in. Full bar and slot machines in their pub 88. Coffee on all the timevand such nice staff. Very quiet place as well. Very clean and tidy! Will for sure stay here each and every time when we are in town!!

The beds were comfortable. The location was good. Walking to restaurants and shops about 5-6 minutes. Loved the carpet it was new and clean. Had coffee in lounge in mornings

The hot water is very hot. The bathroom is tight. There is no restaurant even though all web sites says there is. There is a lounge but it is closed on Sundays and Mondays but nothing mentioned about this on sites.

we liked everything almost, the staff were lovely, the place was clean & tidy.

Only thing I personally didn't like was that there was no cooked breakfast & there was only muffins & these waffle things along side a choice of 2 drinks. aside from them bits I would 💯 stay again tbf

location, staff was nice, GREAT parking spaces , coffee 24/7 . Microwave , Fridge and coffee maker in room. IT WAS CLEAN and it looks nice on the outside. * NOTE—— This is a statement to all motels and hotels. IF YOU HAVE A PROPERTY THAT IS NEWER OR OLDER AND YOU KEEP THE ROOM CLEAN like sheets,walls and bathroom people will be satisfied. That extra wiping down everything like fixtures, lamps,lights and keeping everything shining and that sparkling clean look it is to your advantage. PEOPLE WILL RETURN. When the corners o floor in bathroom are clean , people noticed this stuff. And please keep your prices low. We stayed in many motels. IF THE PLACE HAS A CLEAN AND LOW PRICE RATES . That is where we are staying. Average to lower income people DO NOT want to pay a lot for basically a place to sleep.

They had buns and stuff like that for breakfast on counter . Some fresh fruit would be nice like bananas. Some cereal and milk. But still, Something is better than nothing.

I absolutely loved the outside bar/facilities. We've never been during the summer this was the first and what a great treat it was and a band. We really love the bartender Alicia. she is such a sweetheart, extremely friendly and always a beautiful smile all the time.!!!

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel. We've been there 4 years straight and will be back again.

Great town the beds were very comfortable the staff was very nice

I was a little confused about the buisness in the lower part but once I got in the room and laid in the bed I really didn't care about anything else it was a great night sleep that is all that matters not all of the frills of the higher priced motels just a clean comfortable bed. Thanks

Liked everything about the place, we were in town to visit the Lunatic Asylum right up the road and if we ever visit anywhere close to there again we will definitely be staying here. Very clean, comfy, relaxing place. Recommend it 100%

The property is so convenient it’s almost right in the center of town and is ever so pretty the staff there were so kind both the times I’ve stayed

The cleanliness of the Inn and room. The friendliness of the staff Parking on site close to the room. Convenient to the local restaurants.

The breakfast, grab & go muffins and orange juice, and coffee.is not what I am accustomed to having for breakfast.
