The room was nice and spacious. Loved the front desk attendants, Marla and Chere very pleasant ladies. Hot breakfast and coffee, definitely recommend to anyone visiting New Buffalo or the surrounding cities.

There seemed to be a sewage issue, not sure if it was the hotel or a nearby place, but the smell in the air was unpleasant.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff was amazing, and we had a GREAT time laughing with them and the other guests! Our room was extremely clean. The only thing I would let people know about this hotel is, there is no refrigerator. But you can easily grab a cooler and put ice in it. We will definitely be back!!

Tile missing on baseboard in bathroom and toilet was a little low. It would be nice if all rooms had a refrigerator in a beach town like this as they did when we started staying at the Holiday Inn Express there many years ago.

Everything was great! I lied to appreciate it how when we came back after being out that the front desk people said welcome back! And they are just so nice polite respectful helpful and overall the hotel was just really great Good vibes very clean and quiet! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Location is great, close to New Buffalo Harbor, next to a gas station and highway. The beds and pillows are extra comfy and the sheets are extremely soft!! The room was a very nice size and love that the hotel has quiet hours from 10pm - 6am!! I would recommend staying there again great value!!!

1. Sara at the desk was exceptional and went above and beyond expectations. 2. With the exception of one, all staff was friendly and attentive. 3. Rooms were clean. Facilities well maintained.

1. The toilet seat was loose. I’m a maintenance guy in the service industry so I understand that things get missed. I went to tighten it myself and the plastic screws were stripped. Not sure if maintenance missed it or if mgmt doesn’t want to spend $ to replace it. 2. The advertised complimentary breakfast amenities were less than desirable. I get that there are Covid measures in place, but this could be done better. Saturday morning there was no staff to handle breakfast distribution. The employee at the front desk freely shared her frustrations with us. Not the best way to start our first day there. 3. For the price of rooms compared to other places I’ve stayed, I expected better in room amenities. Even a mini fridge would have been great.

So far to University of Notre Dame but we had a great place to stay! It was a bit more expensive than we usually pay but it is a nice place

Location was very convenient....Disappointed the oven was broke and could not have a hot breakfast. Staff was great, informative and great attitude. Beds were soooo comfortable!!!!

Good location right off the freeway, near casino and town. Beds were comfortable and roomy. Nice television. Very friendly staff.

The oven was not working during our stay so the breakfast was as anticipated. The refrigerator didn't work very well but at least kept thing somewhat cool.

Pretty good breakfast, which doesn't happen often in the US. Large parking lot. A good overnight stay during a longer journey.
