it’s so comfy and stylish,best hotel we stayed so far.i stayed alone with my 2y old daughter and it was super convenient,because i could see her from the pool,bathroom or anywhere ,it’s so nice you can just jump to the pool from your bedroom and there’s jacuzzi too to enjoy which is great at night and it’s private,no one can see you ☺️i would definitely come back with my husband . And last but not least i would say it’s the most important staff is just beyond expectations,they helped me with anything i needed and which was out of the ordinary. They even cooked special food for my little one as she’s very picky with the food.Thank you so much! Definitely recommend !

it’s clean and bed sheets smell clean however there are many spots which could be improved

The ambience is wonderful, you will be spoiled for choice on where to take pictures from. The breakfast, staff, and property cleanliness was beyond expectation. The property offered early check-in and late checkout and arranged taxi pickup to any location we needed to go to. The private pool has three convenient ways to jump into from the house, namely from the living room to the Jacuzzi, then into the pool, from the bed to the pool or from the outdoor shower into the pool. Then they have Mr. Dwi, their star staff who will wow you at the reception, will meet you when you go for breakfast and will also drive you around whenever you need a ride.

There is nothing negative to say about this place.

The pool was not clean and we could not use it once. The reception never told us about apps like Grab, this is much cheaper than the booking taxis there.

Staying at Asvara has been nothing short of a great and wonderful experience. From the very start, every single member of staff greeted us with genuine pleasantness at every interaction. The villa was beautifully presented and a dream to stay in. The daily breakfast provided ample selection with a variety of food to suit all tastes. The location was excellent, providing the option of a nice walk to Ubud centre (about 3-4km) along the Campuhan Ridge Walk, passing a number of places for food and drinks. We hired a scooter from Asvara and were provided with recommendations for some local sights which did not disappoint.

Villa is very nice, just like on pictures. The shower is actually outside, and aproachable from pool and toilet. Inside the complex there is food service but also, in front of the reception there is a restaurant that has breakfast service whole day. One of the few walking paths starts just in front of the villas and leads downhill to centre of Ubud, I highly recommend to take it and walk through rice fields, jungle and along spas and restaurants.

Cleaning standards should be higher. White pillows on chairs and couch tell the story of many previous guests eating on couch. Bed sheets and pillows also had a lot of stains. Laundry prices are very low, but don't wash clothes that can't stand industrial driers. Coffe pods in villa are not free, they are part of minibar. There were no food utensils in our villa so, when ordering room service we had to wait extra to get them.

Beautiful spacious villa with private pool and jacuzzi. The all glass windows slide open along the pool, connecting the room with the pool area nicely. Bed was comfortable. Two separate air conditioning units indoors and ceiling fan is also available. Unlimited filtered drinking water available on request. Staff super friendly and helpful. Location-wise beautiful area with smaller rice terraces around, but one needs a scooter to get around. Hotel rented us the scooter as well which was very convenient. It’s about 15-20 min scooter ride to Ubud town, lovely cafes and restaurants along the road. Much more peaceful than Ubud town. There’s a restaurant pretty much connected to the property, however not part of the hotel, with nice outdoor seating and pretty good menu with western/Asian dishes. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

It can get noisy at night if loud bikes are passing by or if the neighbours are playing loud music /talking loudly outside, as the roof is very thin, made of bamboo we presume. Nothing a pair of earplugs won’t solve. The breakfast is delivered to the room. Sometimes it was a little cold by the time it arrived.

A bit far from Ubud centre

The hot-tub is amazing. We have the villa with the rice field view and it sure welcomes us to the vibe in Ubud. There are 2 resident cats that visited us throughout our stay here.

The pool though looks inviting, somehow attracted insects and flies and sure needs a better filtration system with it.

The combination of the living room and bed with the tv in the middle the can turn if you are in living room or bedroom.

The jacuzzi is abit dirty and there is no hose for the toilet bowl
