We absolutely loved our private villa. Our villa was gorgeous, the garden, the architecture and our private pool where amazing. It was clean, there was a kitchen if we wanted to cook, the air-conditioning was excellent, the front porch was spacious and great for relaxing, the bed was comfortable and huge and the staff are so friendly. Our villa was a short 5 minute walk from Bliss Ubud (Villa Nini's sister company) where we had complimentary breakfast each morning. If you don't want to walk they offer a free transport service in their hotel tuk tuk car which drops you to the Bliss Ubud Restuarant. The breakfast is yum and they have so many options!! We also ate lunch and dinners there because the Balinese food was yummy and quality. We felt the prices where very reasonable too. They have an on-site day spa at Bliss Ubud and the Balinese massage felt really good. We met Wayan who took us to local shops and on a morning tour. He spoke very good English, was a safe driver and very friendly. The Villa is a 15 minute taxi ride from the Ubud central which was really nice because we loved being away from the hustle and noise of the main centre of ubud. There is a money exchanger bank and supermarket walking distance.

Really quiet place near a small rice field. The breakfast (included) was great. The place was also relatively near the Ubud centre, in which we arrived in 5-10min with scooter.

The outdoor bathroom was well equipped and nice to use after a long day. The rice fields that line the villas are lovely to look at, and the pool area was very comfortable (no one used it at the same time as us, so it felt private). The staff were very friendly and helpful-- always trying to do what they could to ensure you had a pleasant stay. You can also WhatsApp message the reception to book in your breakfast requests, order food from their restaurant for delivery, and make any enquiries, which was very convenient for us

We didn't like the fact you have to hand in your room key every time you leave the villa premises-- there were a few times where the receptionists were out seeing to other maintenance or were at the main Bliss Ubud hotel which meant that we had to wait around for them to return to give us back the keys to get into our room. Also, I wasn't aware that if you wish to pay for your stay with credit card, you have to go to the main Bliss Ubud hotel (about 5-10mins walk), but there is a golf cart/buggy which Bliss Ubud offer to use to shuttle you between there and the Villa, which helped.

It is a bit out of the way. Walking in the area is tough because there are no/poor pavements and lots of traffic. Not the hotels fault, and it was the only major downside we experienced.

We loved the setting out of Ubud near a rice paddy and hearing nature rather than traffic. Loved the antique look of the villa and the beautiful private pool. We had our own little dining area where breakfast was brought each morning. Very quiet and private.

No phone contact from room to reception. Had a fridge but we had to stock it and there is no where close to get supplies I.e beer, Tonic. There is free transport into Ubud central available from Bliss Ubud three times a day but no return transport leaving you to have to haggle with touts for a return taxi journey that is overpriced

Location is great: super quite environment, but only 10 min (by taxi/scooter) away from Ubud center. We loved the style of our Room (Villa Nini n.5), really fresh and comfortable

The breakfast is a huge NO. You can option both breakfast in room or at the restaurant (which is located in a different hotel close by), we finally optioned in room since the food choice was exactly the same. Boiled egg overcooked, pancakes uncooked. One day we booked the breakfast really early since we have to leave at 07 AM and they delivered it at time we have to leave.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Having a buggy car between the villa and Bliss Ubud spa was also very helpful and also the shuttle going to the Ubud Centre 3 times a day. The villa itself was amazing, we really had an amazing time in the garden and the pool as well.

In the evenings we didn't feel very comfortable after seeing a rat walking between the window and the roof one night. Also every night they were walking or playing on the roof while we were sleeping, we were hearing them rustling on the roof. We understand we are in the nature next to the rice fields however this should be known by all the guests who will stay there. And a lot of lizards which is ok :)

Breakfast delivered to the room was nice after putting our order in the night before, we also went to the resorts restaurant the other mornings and you can be transferred on the resorts cart. The pool villa was clean, comfortable and in a great location set well back from the road to eliminate any noise. Staff were always happy to help. We had a 5 hour spa and enjoyed every minute.

The breakfast options weren’t huge but what was there was nice.

I guess the thing that makes this property stand out amongst others I have been to Is the attention to detail. The villa is set in a quiet side alley, outside Ubud's traffick. Although we could have chosen to have breakfast delivered to the villa, we preferred to go to Bliss restaurant, which is just 2 minutes away. All the staff both at the villa and at Bliss have been exceptionally nice, polite and professional.

Traditional villa style property with view to a rice field. Private entrance. Pool was amazing. Link to the larger Bliss Spa Ubud sister hotel was so helpful as we got to use the facilities and the spa (free transfer 3 mins away) but had the privacy of our own place when we wanted it. Ordered breakfast on the day and delivered to our villa for eating on the terrace every morning. Staff amazing and so accommodating for every request. Location in a quieter area of Ubud but worked for us as a family. Overall a great family (and couple!) property.

Room could have been cleaner under the bed. Room could have been bigger as we had a baby with us. But as described and didn’t impact our enjoyment of the hotel.
