Fantastic sea and bay view from my 4th floor seaview room.Room was spacious-plenty for a couple. The Sky bar is on top of the hotel and serves drinks,but you can bring your own!The views from there are incredible and anyone can come up-a perfect spot to have drinks with friends at sunset.They even had a DJ on Fri nite and are open until 11pm. There is another terrace on the 5th floor where you can hang out.The staff was super nice and even gave my wife a bottle of Cava for her birthday. Very clean and great location near the Eroski and the beach. Bike garage and rental is right under the hotel

Fitness room door is always open the the outside air right next to the pool and gets too hot. This is because they don't turn on the AC to any building (including rooms!) until later in the season. Our room was pretty warm and we would have appreciated AC. Jacuzzi was broken. Food at the Buffet was 2 star at best. Breakfast was OK but all precooked stuff-no omelets/tortillas fresh made for you. Dinner was not good at all-small selection and no flavor to anything. 24 Euros if you want to bring a friend. Eat at the excellent Reverence Life buffet for 18 euros-you can thank me later!

We love absolutely everything from the first to last minute we have spent the time at hotel. Everything was absolutely lovely. Highly recommended this hotel 🏨

We didn't like that fact we woke up at 8 am and all sunbeds outside has been reserved by towel and pool had 0 people in. We have stayed at hotel 5 days and 0 days we had chance to get any sunbed. People just came left towel on all day and went away. Also didn't like that they was a group of woman has been drinking alcohol in the pool. I am sure this is family hotel and they should respect children and babies around in the pool. Some people has their feet in the pool and been smoking cigarettes don't even accepted that they was massive sign that they shouldn't do it. There wasn't problem with children but with adults! Definitely need some stuff to look after pool!

The location is central, close to the beach. Good value for money. The staff was welcoming, cleaned the room on a daily basis, nice facilities like swimming pool and lobby.

Dinning/Breakfast place always busy. Not much variety, especially for Vegan/Vegetarians. One day they run out of bread for breakfast, waiters start cleaning up early and turn off the lights in order for you to leave quickly. Not enjoyable breakfast/dinners. Besides this, our shampoo smelled rotten, I informed the reception and they just refilled it and still was smelly. We tried to see the rooftop during their opening hours, however this was always closed.

Good Food and service within the dining area. Staff friendly and the hotel was clean and tidy

Entertainment could have been a lot better, we stayed for 7 nights and had entertainment on two of these nights which was poor.

Convenient to both beaches and marina

I would have liked a cool water on arrival as tired and very hot at reception. There was the mediaeval procession and staff did not promote such a very good tourist attraction although the hotel had an advert in the magazine We also told the reception staff that the booklet had a section in English that they were telling visitors that it was only written in Spanish. Staff at reception should be made aware that tourist attractions are partly successful if advertised by frontline staff

Location was brilliant. Very easy walk about 5 mins from bus drop off from airport, very close (3 mins walk) to beautiful large beach at Santa Ponsa, and a tiny cove and harbour in the other direction. Decor excellent, food excellent, service in restaurant especially was excellent. Really enjoyed pools and sauna, liked multiple choices of sun terraces and rooftop bar. We didn't take advantage of the entertainment ourselves but from the kids nearby at dinner sounded like they were entertained all day.

I booked a twin budget room, but all the rooms at the hotel were actually doubles. This is Booking.com's fault, NOT the hotel's fault. The hotel had to upgrade our room so we could have a twin, grateful for as I was staying with my Mum! I think a soft drink should be included with half board for dinner, though.

we stayed half board and have been to this hotel for a few visits, the rooms are spacious and well laid out. the hotel is spotless and staff are friendly. there is a lot of choice at meal times but we always dislike the fact the chef puts SALT on the chips and wedges, we do not eat salt and think it should be personal choice if you season your food . tables are leaned by regular members of staff and there is usally a good choice of seating although the back of the dining area can be quite dark as it doesnt have strong lighting

Great at location, comfort, pools, skybar, cleaning and especially food. Diverse menus, and great tastes. Congratulations to the chef 👨‍🍳 👏 Beds with memory foam. Hotel has 2 sides: one side with pool and sea view, the other side with great silence and mountain view. It has one pool on groundfloor, and other one at third floor. At 5th floor is a big wonderful free terrace. At 6th floor is the great view sky bar. Hotel has also spa/sauna. Air conditioning/climate great in all rooms and hotel.

Lack of animation (but if you enjoy silence and not doing nothing is ok). Poor program especially at evening. Music from last century. For some of us it was disappointing. But you have other several things to do outside. Only one receptionist speaks several languages (Spanish and English should be a must). Garden should be more clean and take care of. For me I would enjoyed having at least breakfast with open doors and opened those big windows at the restaurant (although climate inside is very good).

I liked the convenience of the location and the price, which was totally worth it for the night and two meals. Loved the view from the second room I got - definitely do recommend to pay for the sea view/ balcony room. Food was delicious and pool was nice.

I was in two rooms and bed was uncomfortable in both of them. The staff were very nice, except a lady from administration/ reception who was a bit weird from time to time by making me feel like I owe her something (I think the reason was, cause I extended last minute both of the times) - I extended my reservation two times, as I liked the view from the second room and she told me that it's going to be impossible to get and stay in this room with sea view and in the end I stayed with both extensions. Anyway it wasn't big of a deal - I liked the place.

The staff was amazing, Marta, Yago the polish and colombian girls (who I can't remember the name) were very friendly and helpful. If I decide to go back there it is because of their smiles and hard work.

As a 4 Stars hotel find the fridge empty was not a great thing.also having a Half Board and not a bottle of water in the dinner was really bad, you guys should think twice on that as not fair to pay 3.25 euros for a small bottle of water having the Dinner included (I understand the alcoholic drinks but water...)
