The room was great, bed was comfortable, full size kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, easy to make something simple for dinner. bathroom was clean. place was quite. temperature was perfect.

The breakfast wasn't that good and no place to sit and eat. We had to bring the cold food to our room to eat. We were told the breakfast was till 10am, but on day 2 (which was a Monday) the breakfast was finished at 9am without a notice. When we got downstair at 9:30, it was nothing left but coffee. That was kinda disappointing.

The room was arranged nicely. The mattress was superb. So comfortable that it was the first night in 6 years I didn't wake in extreme pain from my back injury. With the help of an ice pack and medication, I finally got some sleep!

I was unable to utilize the breakfast option due to my physical limitations to shower and dress. I move very slowly and unsteady. Having an option of a variety of breakfast items delivered to the room would have been nice. The kitchen light bulb wasn't working. Assuming the bulb was burned out. I was in horrible pain upon arrival, following a medical procedure, and forgot to notify the staff.

The staff were amazing. Location was calm and quiet. Facilities were in pretty good shape and the shower had power! I didn’t need it, but was impressed by the complimentary use of the laundry facilities. Did I mention that the staff get an A+? I would stay in the future.

“Didn’t like” is stronger language than I’d use. The bed was on the verge of needing to be replaced but was still pretty comfortable. The kitchen supplies were limited but worked for our stay.

We were allowed to store our baggage prior to check-in time so that we could do other activities until check-in. Room was comfortable.

The breakfast items were adequate, but one morning when I went about midway through the breakfast time, the coffee was empty, there was no butter for waffles or bread for toast.

the fact that when I would go to the front desk, the staff was in the back and I was just standing there waiting for someone to cone and help me. and there was a staff member standing there in the back door way who saw me and stood and said nothing and kept looking at me. They were having a personal conversation that was very loud and using profanity that you could clearly hear out at the front desk. Very, very unprofessional

Bed & seating were very comfortable. Loved having full access to a kitchen, despite not needing anything but the fridge/microwave. Just having the kitchenette was a great aesthetic to feel more at home. Should I visit Seattle again, I'm checking for this location 1st.

Not a fan of the sliding non-lockable bathroom door. Desk and night stand had questionable stains/hand-prints on them. Curtains would flow over and block the heater unit. One lamp did not work.

Location to airport and freeways, quiet nonsmoking comfortable spacious rooms, good hot water, nice layout in room, plenty of outlets, excellent housekeeping, kitchen, quick breakfasts, free parking, friendly and decorative surroundings, fitness center, laundry, easy going staff, cookies 🍪

Breakfast was great as always and I love the location that's why I continue to stay there on my vacations the only thing I was disappointed it was the room card keys everything else was great

We went through almost 40 room card keys none of them was working we were there for 3 days and kept having to get new cards their machine isn't scanning the card Keys properly causing them to not work it was real frustrating

Bathroom tile floor needs some work apparently a little more professional than whoever is currently trying to repair them at least in room 302. The TV channel selection and trying to get it to work was very frustrating.

Comfortable room with everything we needed. Friendly staff.

The television sound was spotty. We didn't say anything until we left, as tv was not that important to us. The toaster in the main area seemed to be on its last legs - it was smoking before I was going to use it, so I changed my mind on what I ate. We could hear out neighbors at night and that reminded me why I don't live in an apartment.
