Liked the spacious rooms and the beds are comfortable

I made a review on 12/16/2023 from a previous stay and in that review I mentioned that I thought that I might of been racially profiled, I had a extended Reversation, I was told that I could no longer stay at the hotel because of my comment and we were asked to leave.

That staff was incredible. 2 sinks in room...made it much easier for 2 people to get ready. Beds were very comfy...although shorter people may need a ladder to get in or a running jump! I would stay here again since the price was pretty affordable

Our toilet seat was broken. Refrigerator completely froze the drinks/food we put in it...so I guess it was actually a freezer (could not change temperature). The morning I checked out at 5:30 am, the shuttle bus driver did not show up...another guest and myself ended up sharing an Uber to airport. Front desk did not seem too concerned at all! And the continental breakfast was a joke...no hot foods at all (bacon/sausage, eggs) or any kind of fruit. Only cold cereal, bagels or toast, and juice in a pitcher. Nothing to "grab and go!" The hotel is very deceiving when you walk in to the beautiful lobby...the rest of hotel is very dated!

I like the location, the big parking lot and the size of the rooms. The location was near some malls and shopping centers which was very convient. The parking lot was spacious and I had the opportunity to park for free which is a good perk. The room size was more than enough for 3 people we had the space we needed.

I didn't like the breakfast and room service. The breakfast was just ok. I think they could offer more variaty of food and tastier options. We stayed for 5 nights and they didn't clean our room once. I think they should have at least clean it once every two days.

The hotel is as expected for the price. The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was very lacking. As a vegan, I usually eat oatmeal but there wasn't any. I heated a blueberry bagel that I threw away because it had a very strange taste. I don't throw food away unless it's very bad. This was. I couldn't have cereal as there wasn't any plant milk. I took an apple out of the bowl and my finger went into it as it was rotten on the side I couldn't see. The bananas were green. So I ended up with a glass of orange juice for breakfast. Also, there was only one very lumpy, hard pillow per person. We asked for an additional pillow for each of us and those were slightly better but still quite lumpy.

I was impressed by the warm welcome and the kind and helpful attitudes of every employee we encountered during our stay. So the staff, not to mention the complimentary breakfast, were a huge relief to us after a long and difficult travel experience. Plus, even during the busy summer season, we could still do a late check-out. It had a fee of $10 for every extra hour — but honestly, that was fine by us! We had a later afternoon train to catch, and the station being close by was a big help.

For the price, we weren’t expecting the Waldorf Astoria. It was just fine — tremendous value for the room rate we paid.

The beds in the rooms were very comfortable and rooms very clean.

in one of the rooms where I was booked with a "view of the river" , there was a very low sitting chair. I realized when I returned on another night and was confirmed in a different room that the same chair in that room had "legs" on the chair and sat comfortably . I guess I should have said something to the front desk but neglected to do so. The sheers were tattered where someone must have tried opening them by way of the fabric rather than the rod. I think it was in the same room with the chair with no legs,

The bed was very comfortable. Me and my 13yr old daughter stayed for 7 nights. We purposely chose a hotel near the airport as this was the cheaper option The free shuttle was amazing. (Especially Jit and Solomon) They dropped us off at the mall or the light rail everyday and picked us back up free of charge. Therefore it only cost me 3 dollars to go to downtown. Breakfast was included in the price. We would definitely come back

Just that the pool was closed and the weather was like 34degrees. It would of been so nice to get a swim. BUT the website did state this so I knew before arrival.

I liked the area and availability. This is usually where we stay for affordability.

The area felt a bit unsafe as the back entrance was being entrapped by unhoused people and my room was also all the way in the back which meant I had to walk quite a bit from the front to the back. Also, the trespassing alarm kept going off frequently.
