Great locations. Affordable stay . Great interior design with cute instgrammable cafe at the front. Will always come back. It even have sajadah and iron board together .

It's a beautiful boutique hotel located next to Pasar Payang and in the mid of China town. Parking space provided by the hotel is safe and a lot. No worries to park your vehicles. There's a cafe by the entrance and a comfy cosy restaurant, the Brasseries at the back. The rooms are clean and well decorated. The amenities provided are more than you expect and need. What i like most about the room i stayed in is it's almost a sound proof, more privacy. The staffs are friendly and always be there to lend you hands and ears.

The aesthetics and decor of the entire hotel. Lovely boutique hotel if you intend to go to the Pasar Payang as it is just a few meters away. Other places of interest are just a short drive away. They had welcoming drinks too which was delightful. Not just plain water but Rose flavoured drink with milk and a tinge of soda. First time I come across this service in a boutique hotel. Bed was super comfy.

Just bear in mind that the lift is very small and only one available. So during rush hour you might need to wait awhile.

The hotel called to inform that we have left a mobile phone after we checked out. That was very honest and excellent service. We liked that there was a few lots of reserved parking lots provided behind the hotel. Luv the hotel decor.

The rooms were small and the windows could not open. We had both deluxe and superior rooms within our group and the deluxe rooms were definitely better. What we didn't like was that there was no windows for the superior rooms even though there was what seemed like an airwell. But it was totally covered up with glass blocks. Wished the windows for the deluxe rooms can be opened.

The bed is comfortable and the amenities in the room is comprehensive. It has everything needed. Deco is nice.

The size is small and not enough walking space. The staff is not trained. Does not know how to take order. At the café we had to wait 30mints and only upon asking the status of our breakfast order only then they place the order for breakfast to the kitchen. Served without cutleries after 45minutes. Service is just slow and poor. Need to train the staff.

I love it here! I mean the hotel. It was my last minute booking and thank god they still have a room for us. The room is so beautiful and comfy. They have iron, coffee & prayer mat. The staff are friendly, they provided me everything I asked and they are kind! Location wise, I think the location is quite good because it is near the attractions, the restaurant and so on. They even have their own cafe for breakfast until dinner time. I would definitely stay here again other time!

Location, location, location!smack in the interesting spot of Kuala Terengganu. Walking distance to Pasar Payang, interesting cafes etc! The bed was super comfy. The interior design of the room is great!

My only complaint is you could hear your neighbour plugging their sockets from your headboard. Maybe the wall was thin.

The location is great, near to pasar payang and food place. Hotel is fairly new, hope can keep the maintenance well in few years time.

The ventilation is not good, as there is cafe downstairs you can smell cooking smoke up to the room. And the pillow is quite high and too firm.

Location on Kampung Cina is excellent, immediately near eateries, shops, car park and waterfront is just behind hotel. Clean room and comfy beds. Nice boutique hotel.

Rooms are compact, one room given is smaller than what we booked. Maybe to put the twin rooms on the same floor.

Ample parking space, the decoration and friendly staffs. Hotel in strategic locations and everything is completed except toothbrush and toothpaste. Def will come again.
