Room was spacious and clean, with some kitchen appliances. The shower was great! Really good pool and pool area. And above it all the location is just perfect! Close enough to the center without being in the middle of all the noise. We would go out for dinner every night by walking. it is also close to bus stops in the Ayia Napa square if you do not have a car/scooter/buggy/quad. And there are little markets in he street, including one 24/7

the bed was a bit too hard and too short (my husband’s feet were left outside of the bed), but certainly no big deal

The service was excellent There were 2 ladies at the reception during morning hours they were extremely nice and helpful. The rooms weren’t getting cleaned every day but upon request they come and clean.( this was very comfortable for me because I don’t like cleaning services getting in my room without my knowledge) The pool was very clean, opens from 10:00 to 18:00 However cafeteria in the pool area is open 24/7 . I had beverages and relaxed in the morning hours. Thank you so much for everything. The reception lady even printed the intercity bus schedule for me.

the fact that the was no soundproofing what so ever, there was no handsoap or body soap available and the fact that there was no bath mat resulted in a huge amount of water coming out of the bathroom into the actual room

I want to express my gratitude to the staff who went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. They were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had to change rooms twice, and they handled the transitions smoothly. Additionally, they promptly brought an extra table to our room and ensured that it was clean and well-maintained with regular room cleaning every two days. The staff also provided us with pans and pots for cooking, and they were especially helpful in assisting us with transportation and explaining how to operate the washing machine. Many thanks to Alexia, Andri, Hamad, Ahmad, Gita, and Marta for their exceptional service! The renovated apartments themselves were spacious, with generously sized rooms and a large shower cabin. The presence of a kitchenette with a small refrigerator was convenient for preparing light meals. The highlight of the property was the impressive pool area, which included a separate section for children, sunbeds, umbrellas, a bar, and outdoor tables. The availability of billiards and soccer tables added to the entertainment options. During the day, the atmosphere was peaceful, allowing for relaxation and tranquility.

We encountered ants in both the bathroom and the kitchen each morning, regardless of whether we left the garbage inside or outside the bin. We brought this issue to the attention of the staff, and they promptly provided us with ant repellent spray, which we used to control the situation by spraying the areas frequented by the ants every evening and morning. Don't forget to bring a power adapter with you to Cyprus (Cyprus uses power outlets and plugs of type G) or you can buy it in some supermarket.

We really liked the room, it looked exactly like on the pictures! It seems that the hotel comprises of several blocks, and some of them were recently renovated to the modern and ecstatically pleasing standards. All materials are modern and nice, everything is very clean. Combination of colours in interior design of the room is excellent. Glass on the balcony is the best solution, allows for better view and that summer holiday high end vacation feel (for very budget friendly price). The A.C. worked perfectly, soundproofing from the outside and from other rooms is great. You only hear other guests while they are walking to their rooms. My partner and I had very comfortable sleep. We didn't use the little kitchen as we ate outside, but it was nice enough to make tea and even do dishes. The view from the balcony was nice, even though it was city view and mostly to the swimming pool and to older and less modern buildings in the ares. The hotel parking is right below the balcony so we could see our car. There is no lift in the hotel, which is no problem for us but could be an issue for disabled people or those with children or heavy luggage. We had breakfast included, and it exceeded expectations. Very nice and full English breakfast, with hush browns, tasty) We ordered Cyprus coffee and it turned out being included in price. Check it was pretty quick, staff of the hotel was polite and everything was organised nicely. We only stayed for one night. We got the impression that this place is perfect for young couples who are not heavy clubber but still want to enjoy Ayia Napa night life, while not creating any noise in the hotel itself. Swimming pool looks pretty good, we just don't use swimming pools. The location was excellent in terms that there we no bars or other places with loud noises right near us. At the same time everything is walking distance. The central harbour area is just 15min away, on the way back it is a little tough as you walk up the hill.

The shower has problem, there is no proper insulation for water not to run on the floor. We were as careful as possible while showering, tried every possible arrangement of shower curtain, but still end up with plenty of water on the floor. We had to squeeze bath math few times and let it dry outside. Shower gel and shampoo are not the best quality, if you have long hair it will be wise to bring your own thing.

The rooms are very nice and clean. If you’re going on a holiday with friends this is the best place for it. The pool is cleaned every night and is the perfect temperature. The food they serve is extremely good and behind the bar the staff are very friendly and joke around with you. When u stayed watching the euros he let us try free shots and even breatherlised us when we came back from nights out as a joke. 10/10

Nice staff, pool, very clean everywhere. Clean room, free air conditioning, free fast wifi with full signal strength, balcony, hot water shower, shower gel and soap were changed once. During the 5 days of stay, the room was cleaned once and even the dishes were washed :) We had a kitchen and a fridge, the sea is not far away, about 15 minutes, 10 minutes bus stops.

We were not lucky with the tourists yelling at the pool. Well as all loved to yell going up and down the stairs, no sound insulation, woke up several times a night every day.

A Maos Hotel Apartments has a very good location, near everything but still a little bit further from all the noisy places. The pool area was just a huge plus for the hotel and also we really enjoyed that hotel bar/restaurant is offering very nice drinks and food for very reasonable prices:)

Just keep in mind that the hotel is located up on the hill so might be little difficult if you are not a sporty person 🙋🏼‍♀️

Was only a short walk to the strip. The room was clean and comfortable, they also had a bar which was open all night/ morning. lovely staff - we needed a taxi on our last day and he offered to drive us all the way to the airport ! Many Sun loungers to use and the pool was refreshing. There’s also a place to hire motorbikes and a grocery store just a short walk down from the property.

The location was perfect, quiet, with a small supermarket nearby. The room was clean, fresh towels and toiletries, very comfy bead, air conditioning, balcony, pool table. They cleaned the room and even washed the dishes.

Could use a little more kitchen utensils, other than that, everything great.
