We checked in late, the staff was very friendly. The room was adequate, property was quiet and the breakfast was good. This was our third hotel during out stay in San Diego. The others had more amenities, however, for the price and location to the airport, it was hard to beat. Btw, the bed was super comfy.

Loved everything. It was great that there was parking available. Also, it was great to be able to use the pool, and it was a very comfortable temperature. The staff was wonderful, and there were lots of great options for the breakfast-- we loved making our own waffles. The room was generally clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was also really nice to have a mini fridge in the room.

The bathtub/shower floor had a bit of debris. Also while showering, water managed to get on the floor every time, even with proper use of the shower curtain.

It was great wish there had been a Jacuzzi I thought there was was looking forward to it. Staff was really nice! The breakfast was great!

We had a suite.. smaller than I would have liked for being a suite but they can't help the building size now. The curtain was torn and so was the comforter on the bed on both items right in the middle needed some upgrading done on the decor would definitely have helped very outdated. A staff was overall great but when I did ask for a couple of things it was hours before I got them and I had to reask. Overall not a bad place just needs a definite uplift little dreary

I love my room. It was clean and had everything I needed, including a microwave and refrigerator. The bed was comfortable, which help me sleep better. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion for guest to used. There was also a safe and iron for me to used.

My only disappointment was the facility is not allowed to provide half and half or regular milk. They are only allowed to provide 2 percent milk.

Great location, easy to walk to Old Town & train station. Staff were very friendly & helpful (stored my luggage until I could check-in, came to the room to show me how the TV remote worked) great breakfast, appreciated use of the microwave in the evening, very comfortable bed/room and enjoyed the deep bathtub!

The pool was being worked on, although I might not have got into the pool as the weather was a little on the cool side!

Loved the breakfast (especially the waffles!). Eggs were a little dry but that was no problem. Good coffee too. Room was very comfortable and shower head was awesome. Staff was really friendly and helpful, and let us check out 30 min late because our train was later in the day. Location can't be beat - we took the train and walked everywhere, including to the hotel.

View was of the freeway entrance on the first floor, but that can't really be helped, and we didn't spend much time in our room anyway. Bathroom sink didn't drain very quickly. A good bit of wear and tear on the furniture.

It was perfect location to everywhere we needed/wanted to go.

Small issues is all. The toilet seat was broke, the shower knob wouldn’t stay in place and was hard to pull up for the shower anyway, and the remote barley worked. All really small issues that we worked around but just things to check if you’re easily bothered.

Everything was clean and the staff very friendly. The beds were very comfortable.The location was great we like being in old town.

The breakfast could use a potato/hash brown choice and at times the eggs and sausage did get cooled down. But all and all it was nice and clean.

Nothing pretentious, but up to date, very clean, highly functional, great location for travelers. Al, night clerk notably helpful and informative. Newly remodeled older property with large rooms, well appointed.

A little freeway noise, but not troublesome.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good, but nothing special.

No water bottles were kept in the room. The number of towels was insufficient, and only 2 were kept for 2 persons after the third day.
