The property is in a convenient location, relatively central. It was consistently clean. Aside from the interesting characters that seem to lurk around at night and the freeway being so close, it’s a relatively quiet spot. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the management went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay and you can tell they are doing they’re best to properly handle some of the unwanted crowd, and the reputation it’s brought that location.

Our room didn’t have a microwave, coffee pot, or little fridge. Which from the pictures and my experience with most hotels, I was expecting those amenities. The washers didn’t work while we were here which is unfortunate because we really needed them.

The staff, specifically the two women who let me stay in the reception room for about an hour before I went to the airport, were super nice and helpful. I believe one of their names was Valentina and the other I didn’t get her name but she was black with short blonde hair and fabulous eyelashes! There was also a man with shoulder length black hair who let me leave my bag behind the front desk after check out which was super helpful. I feel bad that I don’t know their names but I wanted to give them a call out nonetheless. The room was also very comfortable and clean. Great stay!

The Wi-Fi was very spotty and I generally only had one bar or none

the beds don't stay in place. when u go to sit they slide around. my ac wasn't working well the guy came n looked at it n said he would be back n he never came back.

On my second stay our key wasn’t working, I had to go to the office to get fixed it, thankfully it was fast and quick and didn’t give me hassle but If we would’ve gotten back late like originally had planned then it would’ve been bigger issue.

Clean friendly staff. Readily worked to get functional remote to turn on TV.

The “small” building didn’t have an elevator. Never thought I needed to say no stairs. Hard the go upstairs with suitcase and dog and bad knees. Staff did try to see if room in “big” building with elevator but none available.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I needed to use the microwave multiple times and they were happy to assist me by letting me use their microwave.

They are now asking for a deposit. I've been staying there for many years (not at once), and the deposit is something new that is been required.

I went memorial days and the 2 staffs are very nice and helpful for my visit at your hotel. they do rearrange and assist from rooms and to get my laundry job with little help but means a lot to me.

I would say a better control on the segregation of the smoking / pest smell as to the other 4 floors building. also the pet allowance as to certain floors. such as pest friendly at 1 st floor, and smoke free 2nd floor. and 3rd or 4th are ok to smoke floors, not based on the room but based on the floor.

Everything was good I just wanted a waffle breakfast or something for the price. The bed was a lil firm for my liking. Overall it was ok

I didn’t like the room cuz they didn’t have shower curtain and no hot water but I reported and the staff moved me to a other room very happy with that

The room we got (118) the front door didn't close fully so it gave us the creeps also the bathroom door didn't close fully and there was a smell of tobaco even tho it was a no smoking room.
