Nice hotel. The decor was phenomenal. All the staff I encountered were spectuclar.

Was disappointed that the lounge was not available on the weekends. Received a $30 credit for three days, but had to ask for it since no one advised that the lounge would be closed during the weekend. Felt that $30 per day was not sufficient for two guests with me being a hilton honors member, with the prices of the food at the hotel provided. Also, the carpets definitely need to be refreshed for the lounge floor rooms.

. staff uniformly friendly and helpful. Hotel is understaffed though. No one at door to help unload ( did in earlier years). Feel like motel in that sense. /Rooms clean, Beds great, Common rooms all nice - a bit sterile and not used. For first time in sevewral visits the hotel was busy which was nice and better vibes.

Buffet breakfast is just adequate - food not fresh enough. But convenient area is in long term construction zone and roads bad.

The Hilton is a beautiful hotel! It’s located right next to The Mall at Green Hills, which is a huge plus! Parking was easy and convenient. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on! Their food is great at their restaurant and the bartender makes very good drinks! Everything was perfect!

I wish the room service menu was a little larger with more options.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room had a huge window. The shower/bathroom was updated and very nice.

It would be nice if there was a sitting bench in the shower so I could have shaved my legs. Additionally, when we went down for breakfast there was not enough staff to keep the tables cleaned as guest finished and left so even though there were about 4 to 5 tables open to sit at but were not cleaned. We had to sit at the bar which was not near as comfortable. The food was very good though. Everything else was great.

The staff was amazing our first morning we missed the 9:30 breakfast time and only coffee and danish available until Michelle the food director came by and said breakfast would be no problem she insisted we have a full breakfast for us and another couple she and the staff were amazing and so accommodating I have not experienced anything like this she said we all needed a good breakfast and she made sure we had the best !!!

This Hilton is one of the nicest I've seen. It is clean, has friendly and helpful staff, and is centrally located with ease of parking and location.

There is a bit of construction going on at the road in front of it but this is well marked and not a huge issue.

Facility was clean and staff were very professional.

Parking access didn't work entering or leaving parking structure forcing us to wait for someone with a working card to assist. Fortunately they issued new cards that worked. Paying $35 to park at a hotel is ridicules.

Clean and updated facility with friendly staff. Great location close to restaurants and shopping.

A $300 per night room should not nickel and dime you for a $30 per night self parking fee. Offer valet parking, work it in to the overall charge, give a voucher, something. Just another in your face example of pure unadulterated corporate greed. It was a filthy stain on an otherwise wonderful facility.

Breakfast was ok, the location was great. The manager Jeff was great, and the bartenders Pablo and Laney were also great. Thank you.

Some lady at the lobby desk was not nice

The beautiful facility, rooms, waiting areas. We had friends stop by, so the spaces were exceptionally accommodating.

Staff shortages showed throughout our stay, and the few who were there and hardworking at times seems pressed or stressed, especially in the bar, dining areas. No room service, however understandable caused us to rely more on the in house dining - and it was often not open, not ready or scant.
