Hotel was in a perfect location for us. Quiet but close to downtown. Walking distance to a Cheesecake Factory. The whole place was clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and inviting. Parking lot felt safe. Honestly wish we could’ve stayed longer to take advantage of the breakfast, it looked great.

Great breakfast, good variety and choices. The staff were very helpful especially when we wanted to do a laundry and couldn't download the app. Seems like a better, more user friendly laundry system would be helpful. We had trouble with our reservation and the front desk folks were very helpful and got everything straightened out.

Perfect location for us without being in the center of Broadway. Only 10 to 15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go. Easy walk to a very nice mall and restaurants.

The male manager that checked us out on Monday morning, September 18th did not say a word to us. He didn't say good morning, ask how our stay was or say have a safe trip and it was not busy😔

Breakfast was fine. Staff very helpful and friendly. I had left a waterbottle at the front desk when checking in . It was my favorite and was from the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society. It says "Beating Cancer is in our Blood. " (I'm a hematologist- Blood Cancer doctor). I was pleased to find it sitting at the front desk more than 24 hours later. When I told the woman at the desk that I was surprised it hadn't been thrown away, she assured me that they don't do that and that she had read the message on the bottle!

During the week we were there, our housekeeper was Rosa M. and she was a true gem. Always smiling, always asking what we needed, and always wishing us a good day... such a friendly, warm human being. I hope the folks at this Hampton appreciate her as much as we did. Randy did our check-in, and he was helpful with some tips regarding our short drive to Belmont University. This is a great location if you're visiting Belmont U.

Good hot breakfast with nice variety of options. Convenient location for our activities. Walkable to big shopping mall and places to eat. Perfect for our weekend.

Great room and location for us

Breakfast - mediocre. Would have liked better fruit, granola, plain yogurt. And wish we could move away from disposable cutlery and crockery. Let’s use less plastic.

The Staff went out of their way to ensure that everything was handled in a friendly and professional manner. The offerings for breakfast included a little something for everyone. It could not have gone better.

There was a mix up with the reservation, but was not caused by the property. These things happen, and with the hands on approach of the GM, everything was handled to our satisfaction. The downside, there was no water in the room, most unusual these days.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Room was clean with all the facilities that we needed. No complaints whatsoever. Car parking was free, but we were issued with a parking permit which needed to be displayed on the dashboard, no problem with that, never had any problems parking. All the staff that we dealt with were friendly and welcoming.
