You could ski in and out which was great once we figured out where everything was. The jacuzzi after a day's skiing was a great treat. My daughter and friends enjoyed having the games room. We enjoyed having restaurant options close by but also having the walk back from town after a big meal.

The apartment was clean but there parts of it that needed repairs. For example, a cupboard door didn't close in the kitchen which was irritating as the bin was stored there. Also the stair rail was very wobbly which was a bit disconcerting.

Inside garage was great as it was heavily snowing. Hot tub a great hit with the kids after skiing. 50m walk on flat to ski slopes. Heated boot room. Comfortable beds. Warm.

Car parking space was very narrow. Fortunately nobody parked next to us. If they had, would have been very tricky to get out. No Netflix (minor point but useful for kids after busy day skiing).

Great value for money, can easily ski in and out off a red run which is within a 5 min walk of the building. Staff were very helpful and apartment was clean. About a 15min walk up from the center of town which is no problem once you know what to expect.

We didn’t use the ski lockers as they were too small for 3 people but it wasn’t a problem as we kept the equipment on our balcony - perhaps ask for a couple of lockers if you want to use them.

heating is controlled centrally and in the morning went on too late so it was a cold breakfast , parking is too narrow and no management to get all cars in. salt and pepper missing . sauna wasn’t open

Good facilities, comfortable, clean

Only thing against it was there was a bit of a hike up the hill from the village(about 20mins), but there's a shuttle bus that runs from 9am to 10am and also from 3.30 to 4.30pm.

•Shuttle to lift in morning and afternoon, however didn't use it as easy access to slopes (about 100m walk and on slope back from après Bar). •Free garage parking (although spaces tight but was not many cars so was ok). •Lockable Ski locker. •Hot tub, Gym and Sauna (need to book time but found no issue). Staff very friendly •Rooms good size and well heated. Kitted out kitchen (microwave, fridge, hob. No oven). •About 15minute walk to the town. •Shower facilities can use if checking out in morning before a day of skiing (allowed to keep car there too).

•No wifi throughout, only close to reception area (however was aware of this when booked). •Limited time allowed in Hot tub / Gym even when no one else booked. •Bit odd need to have room inspected before checking out and take all the rubbish out yourself. •Road to property is quite steep and turns so one for the confident drivers if wanting to go up / down to the town after heavy snowfall. Luckily roads seems to clear within a day if good weather.

Parking is extremely tight - the neighbour car scratched my car on departure. The hotel promised to help settling the insurance cover with the other driver - now waiting for it..

The two apartments we finally ended up with were very good and spacious. The facilities in the room were great but we didn't know we could have asked for a kettle and toaster- worth asking at check in. On a very snowy day the staff were able to find a space for one of our group in the covered car park beneath the property. You could also access the slopes with a short walk from the property and this made it very convenient. The apres place nearby (called The Bar) was excellent and we also used the offer of a night time skidoo service to take us across the slopes to the Hotel Baita Cretaz for an evening meal, then skidoo home afterwards! Great fun :-) We loved the skiing in Cervinia and had a great time.

One of the rooms that our party were assigned was very poor. It was a split level apartment with not much space and sub standard facilities. Thankfully after repeated complaints, the Cervinina Due team were able to find another room for them at no extra charge. Parking spaces were very tight, but at least they were available.

The studio was big for 4 people, it has everything to cook and the view was straight to the slopes.

They check-out process. You need to wait for someone to have a look of the place before leaving. Not good if you are leaving early morning.
