Friendly staff, good location and clean room

The coffee / tea / water initially provided in the room was not topped up after being used the first day

Liked Everything — I wanted a hotel near Sultanahmet and Sirkeci, which is a bustling area, and I got it. The staff was kind. The chef who prepared breakfast was great. I was not expecting breakfast to be as good, but even though they have a small breakfast counter, they have a good variety of food- especially the eggplant dish I like.

Nothing. I was traveling alone and they provided great value for 172 CAD total for 3 nights, including breakfast. Yes, it was a basement room without windows, but I wasn't staying as much in the room to get the views. On a side note- the date I am posting this- booking.com doesn't allow to book the hotels from within Turkiye so be mindful of that.

The hotel and the staff were amazing! The location was perfect, everything is nearby. You can walk to every popular place or area. The hotel is clean and the staff is there 24/7. The breakfast is good, and at any time of the day you can sit on the terrace and relax. The staff helped us with anything we needed, from tours to laundry. We also booked the airportshuttle so we didnt have to worry about anything! We will definitely come back to this hotel!

I like that the breakfast was more than great, small but very good basically better than any 5 star hotel. The staff was the best very friendly loving and always for a joke ( felt like home). The room had a window but was hardy to open but is was still with all the lights very comfortable. It is very close to all the places where I wanna go. Also to all the airports there is a way to get it from there.

Its maybe silly because I not even asked, but not knew if there was a room service because there where no menu card.

Breakfast - self service buffet, interesting selection of eggs, cheese, ham and salads. Nice tea and coffee. Location was good for the old town and very close to metro, tram, trains and ferries. Quietish side street. Bars, restaurants, cafes all close by. No problems with hot water or wifi

Breakfast was good concerning the price! It was easy to reach the hotel by metro and tram, the top main attractions were nearby and could be reached by foot. Mr. Mohammad and Mr. Ahmed at the reception were superb.

The room was in the basement and did not have any windows and no sunlight access to the room.

It was an astonishing stay. I spent 8 days in this accomodation. The hotel it's in the city centre, five minutes walking from Gran Bazar and Sultanahmet square. There is also a metro stop (Sirkeci) near. Incredible typical turkish breakfast, the room and very clean and spacious and the hotel's workers gorgeous. 10 out 10 experience

Location is perfect, staff is polite . Heating woks well in the room, so it is not cold in the winter. Good breakfast

Safe is not working in the room, refrigerator randomly stop to work, so be careful with you food. No window in the room

The staff were very friendly, the room was nice and spacious. The location was wonderful, close walk to the main attractions and very close to tram connections, its also super close to some of the best food I've had in Turkiye.

Hotel was on very good location, mostly the places was on 5 to 10 minutes of walking distance! I stay there for 5 nights and i have no complain at all! Staff was super cool and helpful! Especialy Mr MashaAllah and Miss Gulshan! Thanks i will choose that hotel again if i ever go to Turkey again! 👌🏻
