We had another great stay at Cedarbrook Lodge. On this trip we were able to stay one night on a return from an international trip to Europe. The room was more than adequate for our needs, and well-appointed with the products that we would require to enjoy our stay. We enjoy this hotel because of the landscaping, it makes you feel like you aren't in close proximity to SeaTac airport. It's a very hospitable environment that makes you feel more relaxed as you return back to your time zone. With this day we were actually greeted by a neighborhood black cat, Maddie, she connected with us several times throughout our movements on the property. She was a real delight, I hope that she'll stick around and greet other visitors to the hotel. We always have a terrific meal at the restaurant, particularly for brunch/breakfasts. The hotel has great staff that are very hospitable. On this trip I was really impressed with the amount of effort being put in to clean their rooms, there were lots of friendly housekeeping personnel in our wing. My wife and I really appreciate having a hotel gym, and this hotel has a more than adequate supply of equipment to help us get a good workout in when we're traveling.

Because of the hotel layout sometimes your room might be facing a small, but well landscape parking lot. However, considering that you're in a denser urban area close to a major airport, this is a small issue. And we'd rather stay at this compound than in a larger, corporate hotel tower.

I thought the location was fantastic and so close to the airport. We didn't use the shuttle service but it looked very well run. The beds were so huge and the room itself was massive. The deep tub and bath salts were particular highlights. Don't miss out on the nature trails around the property. A local cat greeted us at the entrance and was so friendly. I had jet lag but the desk staff, in particular Jorge and Chelsea, and TJ were so friendly and helpful. The spa experience was amazing and worth every penny. I loved my massage with Eliza. Overall, it was a stunning place to stay after a long flight and I can't wait to go back.

The room was a bit pricey and I wish a breakfast option would have been included instead of having to pay for breakfast separately in the restaurant.

The gardens and setting, and the building itself is beautiful. Peaceful and quiet and yet so close to the airport. The airport transfers were excellent. We had a wonderful waiter on the first morning for breakfast, he was exceptional. The food was excellent, we would recommend this airport to all and will definitely return when visiting Seattle.

We were not told on check in that we had to request housekeeping each day. We returned after a long day to a room that had not been made up, and because it was late at night it took some time to get towels and replacement bedding. I would suggest you make this information clear to arriving visitors and add a note to the room.

Ease of pick up by courtesy shuttle and check after hours. Cheerful staff especially being first to breakfast on Sunday. Flawless shuttle ride beck to the terminal. all told, would stay again if in the area.

Noise level late at night especially in the main lobby. Caterers in the front of the lobby dropping F Bombs in the front entrance after their clean up after their most recent function on site. A martini glass found by the shuttle driver on Sunday on a bench near the main entrance that was sitting there when we arrived late Saturday night.

The location the quality of the property, the large room, the bathtub, the restaurant (staff and food), the bar (bartender very friendly), the front desk staff (friendly), the shuttle to airport, the pretty resort grounds (and walk path), and the umbrellas for use on grounds was a plus! wish we remembered to grab an ice cream in the freezer of the common room! A wonderful property! Will definately be back ans tell all of our friends too!

This hotel was super accommodating and made sure to give us rooms which were close to make our early morning FREE shuttle easy to get to. LOVED the living room - we hung out there waiting for our room and ate ice cream. How could we complain. The rooms were very clean and efficiently laid out. Wish we had a longer stay. My son turned in our rental car the first day and it was so close he and his wife skipped the shuttle baci, and walked to the hotel just because it was a gorgeous day and it was sooooo close!

Hmmm - the thermostats were a bit complicated and adjusting the room which was a bit warm never seemed to work. We finally opened our window to cool off.

Fantastic location. Great staff - so friendly and helpful. Shuttle was invaluable and the driver was so chipper, despite it being close to midnight. Room was comfy after a stressful flight and I slept so well - woke up to birds chirping and a lush green landscape - there is a beautiful brook bubbling through the property (thus the name) and it really does feel like a spa property - you would never know you were near an airport! Don't miss a meal at the Copper Leaf restaurant - lovely ambiance and the food I had was excellent.

The rooms are ever so slightly dated in decor - but in a comfy way, so no complaints, just an observation. Important things like sheets, cleanliness, bed comfort were all fantastic.

I liked that we were close to the airport and everything was quiet and peaceful. I liked that the beds and pillows were wonderful. I liked that there was a 5 star restaurant and bar on property. I liked that the staff that i encountered were pleasant and helpful , especially the young man at the reception desk.

The rooms were very nice but well lived in - could use a little touching up here and there. The showers had an extremely tall tub to navigate, which could be dangerous for many people.

The employees were excellent and the facilities and grounds were exquisite.

The restaurant, although it served delicious food, was OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive. Also, the peaceful atmosphere of the facility was disrupted by the “thump thumping” of the club music in the sound system. The hotel is also “pet friendly“, which translates as not so friendly to those of us who don’t like being forced to share a hotel with barking dogs. It’s unfortunate that such an amazing hotel has succumbed to the “kennel club“ mentality. But it IS Seattle, after all. It used to be that travelers had to put their dogs in kennels before leaving for a trip. Now traveling pet owners have effectively made hotels (and restaurants) THEIR pets’ kennels in which pet-less travelers are forced to endure.

The spa was amazing! Loved it! Loved our room, building and the whole vibe.

I was shocked they didn’t tell us we needed dinner reservations. We’d really looked forward to an early 5pm dinner. We went up and they said nope…they were rude and yes! We were dressed great! We felt terrible… we had to eat in the bar. The restaurant wasn’t busy the whole time we sat in the bar, which was noisy and not what we wanted. This was a terrible disappointment and the food wasn’t great. In the bar they just drop it off snd didn’t see what we needed. Too sad!
