Everything was pretty good.

At breakfast time, the person in charge of refilling the food containers was disrespectful, behaved very badly, abusively, insulted us and always had a bad character... that was the only bad thing about it, everything was pretty good... by the way It was only one person, all the staff were very kind and friendly.

The breakfast had many different options, so it was great. We also appreciated the excellent security features in the hotel.

The room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfy and the two tvs in the suite was a nice surprise. My son thought the pull out sofa was fun (he's 10 lol) everything was well lit and lots of sockets to plug in your chargers or whatever. The shower had a nice adjustable water flow. The pool was heated.

The heated pool was nice but the room it was in was freezing and staff didn't seem to be concerned. It was also a bit small and had a green tinge. The website indicated a bathtub in the room but there wasn't one and there are no king suites with a tub so I wish they'd fix that.in their description. Everything else was nice though.

Pretty close to downtown Niagara Falls (about a 15 minute walk), Very comfortable rooms and beds. Breakfast changes with the day. On one day it was your standard precooked egg disks, bacon, and turkey sausage patties. But the next day they had veggie omelettes and pearl sugar waffles that were so sweet you don't need maple syrup. The woman who checked me in was very kind and greeted me warmly.

The river view from the hotel room was obscured by regular suburban houses, and the building is not tall enough to see the Niagara river from your room. Additionally, the distance from the falls was pretty far compared to the others within the downtown area.

The location was in walking distance of the State park, eateries, etc. The hotel was clean & the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. At night it was quiet so we were able to get a good night's rest. The breakfast was good and there was a nice variety. Most people took advantage of the free coffee and tea all day & if it ran out it was refilled quickly.

I was not aware of the daily parking fee of $10. After I paid the 1st night, I found out there was free street parking which should have been disclosed. I turned in my car tag & was able to park right in front of the hotel for free. With the high price of the room per night, parking should be included. The only other thing I did not like was our room was not serviced. Being a mom of 3 teens, it is a gift to come back to the room with your bed made by someone else. I was disappointed this was not the case. I did not ask the front desk about this since the Marriott's computer system was down at the time and the front desk had to key in all of the arriving guest.

The beds were comfortable with good sheets and pillows. The room was large enough for 4 with suitcases! It was nice to have the option of breakfast & coffee. There was a fair variety of options to choose from. I appreciated that they offered Oat Milk. Nice front desk personnel, Delicious cookies offered at the front desk. Nice hotel concierge. We used the indoor pool too. We were within walking distance to the falls and walked it daily. But when we did need our car, the parking was very convenient at the hotel.

Very convenient location and clean facility

The staff member who was restocking breakfast items was very rude. When restocking breakfast sandwiches, my boyfriend kindly asked if she could just put one in his plate so he wouldn’t have to wait for her to empty the entire bin and she said in a very rude tone “I don’t serve guests.” I felt that was unnecessary because she was putting them in the tray one by one so really what was the big deal if she set one on his plate instead of making him wait until she was completely finished putting them all out? Sometimes it’s the little things. The rest of the staff was very nice though.

The staff at this hotel were very helpful and friendly. The double queen room was a good size a clean. The bed was comfortable as well. Having multiple doors to enter/exit the hotel from was convenient as well. The breakfast was decent, although it would be nice if they kept it open a little longer for those who like to sleep in a bit (they closed at 9:00 during our stay). The free cookies at night was a nice touch as well.

The only complaint I had was the swimming pool was extremely small and very dirty. There was white stuff (almost looked like fluff) floating around the pool. If a swimming pool is important for your stay, look elsewhere. If not, then this hotel is good.

We stayed in a King Suite for two nights. It's walking distance from Niagara State Park (home of Niagara falls), and therefore, it is convenient for seeing the night lighting and fireworks at Niagara falls. The hotel is clean and tastefully decorated.

We needed some first-aid antiseptic, and the hotel didn't have it - not even for purchase. It has a section for buying toiletries and painkillers, but strangely enough, no antiseptics.
