Breakfast was very good and it was in a perfect location for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all a great experience. I would definitely stay there again.

It could have been a little cleaner. The furniture and bathroom fixtures were sparkly clean but there was dirt buildup in the corners of the bathroom. It just could use a little more detailed cleaning on the bathroom floor. But sink, tub and toilet were spotless! I felt comfortable using the facilities.

Nice room and pretty clean.

There was only 1 tissue roll which was almost empty. I called the front desk to ask if someone could bring some extra rolls. I was asked to come down and get it because the front desk person said they were working alone. I didn't mind but I had already gotten dressed for bed after a 12 hour drive.

The people were lovely. The hotel was sparkling clean. Typically hotels in small towns are like staying in a place where people have lost the will to live. The properties are tired looking, dirty, rundown and the the front desk clerks have no energy. if you ask a question they just kind of look at you. Sometimes the property smells like weed. None of that was true I was engaged by the manager, he was very nice even though we were terribly tired. The front desk clerk gave me a treat for the kids. We were traveling with a dog and I’ll tell you…. I don’t know why anybody would stay anywhere else in that town if you’re traveling in for animal to get veterinary care. I can’t say enough good things about it because I’ve stayed in tiny little southern downs and sometimes the properties are just disgusting. So best wishes and thank you for a wonderful stay!

room had only two tissues left , and a half roll of toilet paper. Room obviously was not restocked and checked prior to our arrival. The pillows weren’t very comfortable.

great place to stay. only complaint was some dog hair from previous occupants would be on my electronics. did not realize when we booked that it was a “pet friendly” hotel.

We were very impressed with the Hampton Inn. It was super clean and the staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and most helpful with any requests we had. It was also a convenient location to Mississippi State University. We would definitely stay there again.

Elijah and Bryan! Elijah took care of us when we checked in and Bryan, bless his heart, had to take care of a broken washer for me. Great customer service! Go, Dawgs!

Staff was wonderful, they even kept food in their freezer for me.

Only Diamond rewards members were able to get mini refrigerators in the room. Parking was tight. They have a smaller lot and allow trucks to park across 5/6 spots.

Everything was exceptional, except the breakfast. I understand virius, but still lacking a nice place to enjoy what you was "handed". Could have had cereal, milk, juice, yogart, fruit, oatmeal to microwave and a many , many more items. Breakfast was a cop out and even with everything exception I would not stay again or recommend to friends.

The night clerk [Ben] went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and fixed our a/c issue
