I slept in so I wasn't able to try the breakfast but the best part of my stay, by far, was the staff. Warm and welcoming and always smiling. Great job!

Honestly, speaking from a perspective of value or "bang for your buck", I can't in good conscience list anything here.

I like that it’s a small family type hotel. I don’t have to worry about any sketchy business going on.

the pool stays closed because they will not clean the leaves from the bottom of the pool.

Location- close to family

Cleaning staff was using vulgarity when we stepped off the elevator on 2nd floor. Totally inappropriate! We are thankful that we did not have my grandchildren with us to hear them.

The front desk Staff was AMAZING. Check in was done within seconds!!! Some of my Family members had an issue with reservations at another facility; the young lady at the front desk assured us she would try to accommodate us. And she did just that!!! Within 30 minutes she called me and was able to get us another room booked. I sincerely appreciate that. After traveling for 3 hours and moving my son back to MSU campus we were all tired and needed to relax!! Thank you soooooooo much.

I liked everything.

Bathroom kept flooding everytime we flushed or showered our socks kept getting wet because the water made it to the carpet,the front desk did come and mop and unstopped the toilet because it overflowed he was nice and a little trash left underneath the bed..

The breakfast was good and the room was good other than the bathroom water problems,We really like the hotel though and will visit again

Convenient location from MSU campus. Shower pressure was good.

Bedding was dirty. Had to get all linen changed! Poor working iron in room. Walls seen a little thin. Other guest can be heard running back and forth at times that are in rooms above you.

the staff was absolutely amazing, very friendly.

the room was a little outdated, carpet looked old/stained, bathroom fan made a awful noise and outlets in room would not hold a plug in securely.

The room was very spacious, and the amenities were clean. I would've like to have some fruit for breakfast, but that was a minor thing.

Staff was very friendly, clean room, smoke free hotel, everything was up to satisfaction except the light at the bathroom was too dimm, other than that everything was good.
