The huge bed was incredibly comfortable, and I especially appreciated the electronic washlet toilet seat – a nice touch for added convenience. Both the room and bathroom were spotless, which made the stay even more pleasant. Although the hotel is small, with less than 50 rooms, I understand the breakfast selection can’t compare to larger hotels, but it was still sufficient for a quick start to the day. The hotel's location is ideal, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. Overall, a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it for travelers looking for comfort and convenience!

We had 3 rooms for 5 of us. 1. The 2 upgrades from twin to triple rooms were fantastic and wonderful for us. The rooms were clean and big enough to accommodate our many luggages. 2. The hotel location is near to metro and bus stops. 3. There are 711, family marts and Watsons nearby for night suppers and purchases. The popular Chia Te Bakery is opposite the hotel. 4. The staff are friendly and helpful.

1. The lightings along the passageway to the room are too dark. 2. The single room area is too small, and the bathtub is supper big for a small bathroom. 3. Breakfast timing ending at 10am is too fast, ideally 11am.

Hotel was clean, room was huge. We'd requested for a room with 3 single bed and was provided such. Staff were friendly and helpful, provided us with recommendations and even helped to booked the airport shuttle. Venue is a few minutes walk away from the station but quite venue and nice ambience. A few local restaurants around the area so you do not have to worried about having no food for late night supper.

Room was spacious and big actually but lack of additional coffee table to have a meal and chair (there were only 2 chairs so we requested an extra chair for sitting)

Staff were very friendly and polite. They were really keen to help with all our requests. Buffet breakfast was substantial and delicious. Location was good close to subway, convenience store, coffee shop and restaurant .

Lack of maintenance. The bathroom had mould in the ceiling. Windowsill was dusty.. To do washing we had to walk up from level 11 to the sky Garden using the staircase . The staircase was very dusty. Washing machine was old and water was released onto the floor.

Spacious room with state of the art toilet facilities, near the famous Chia Te bakery is a bonus. they have exclusive toiletries which is so fragrant

the breakfast could have more variety. would prefer a normal bed than platform bed, wish they can check with the guest prior to check-in.

Breakfast was provided for all days of stay. There isn't much variety but food quality is good. Hotel location is good for public transport, with 2 bus stops directly outside the hotel and the metro within a short walking distance. 7-Eleven and FamilyMart are located nearby the hotel as well.

Wi-fi is on the slow side. The TV had youtube which was a plus, but kept exiting the video occasionally. Also, a room specific problem, my air conditioning wasnt as strong as my family's room, so their room was freezing and ours was slightly cold.

Great room size with modern and clean facilities in general. Staff is helpful whenever we had questions and requests. Location is very good with close proximity to MRT station on the green line and good food options around the hotel.

There is only one lift in the hotel, so waiting time can be long during busy times. A couple of days during our stay, the cleaners forgot to change our bathroom rubbish bin but staff was happy to help us to clean this up at our request.

The location is just a small walk from an MRT station, making it easy to access other tourist spots. The double bedroom is spacious and clean, with a coffee machine included.

The room is right in front of the lift, which might make some noise when people talk outside. There is not much choice for their breakfast but it is not an issue if you have plans to go out for breakfast.

Large room, very clean. Air con worked well, bed comfortable, large bathroom, well appointed. Coffee machine in room with decent coffee.

No buffet breakfast provided for first 3 days because 'chef' had covid. Replacement was sub standard (although compensated with reduction in price). When buffet breakfast available, it was not up to scratch - boring, flavourless options. The cooked element was very basic - led us to wonder why they could not have managed without their 'chef'. Check-in was painfully slow - to stand at the desk for 45 minutes when there were no other customers after a 12 hour flight was ridiculous.

I cannot stop raving about this hotel to everyone. My family and I stayed for 20 days and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I will be staying here again when I visit Taiwan in the future. It was convenient for all modes of transportation, centrally located, and it had so much to offer just within a few blocks of where the hotel is situated. Breakfast was PHENOMENAL! I really cannot stop raving about the staff. They are the people who made this hotel 1000% a 5 star hotel in my eyes.
