Same breakfast everyday

I liked that they offer fresh fruits for breakfast. Coffee is good too which is important to me. Heated food are just ok for me. Big room space

Although the room is better than I thought, when I was looking for sth I looked at underneath the bed and another shelf, realizing that underneath was quite dusty and some other stuff (not mine) was left there 😣😖 also when I just wntered the room, I noticed the shower room was a bit wet with a small water pool. So the cleaning should be improved

Breakfast offered a small variety of Asian food, which stayed fairly constant from day to day except fresh fruits and daily soups. Western fare was limited to toast bread, dinner rolls, salad, chicken nuggets, and onion rings, which was occasionally replaced by ham and hot dogs.

A couple of front desk staff could have greeted guests with warm smiles. All of them were courteous, though, and were eager to respond to requests by guests.

The counter staff was very friendly and accomodating, kindly allowing me to leave my luggages before check in and as I was waiting for my taxi to the airport - even offering me coffee in the cafe as I was waiting. The rooms were a little old fashioned (deluxe twin room) but clean and spacious and the beds were comfy. Rooms were cleaned everyday and they also gave us 2 water bottles each time. Highly worth it for the price!

Breakfast was a bonus. Also water and free snacks in room. View of Taipei 101 from room.Location also good . Easy walk to Taipei Dome to view New Year fireworks.

A majority of the hot Breakfast options were cold as lids were not kept on dishes. When I closed lids to food warm staff seemed to come and open again.

Room is big and clean. They made up your room everday. We are lucky to have some view of taipei 101 although it was cloudy and rainy during our stay. Friendly staffs

Breakfast need to be improved. There is not comun area or coffee corner 24h in the hotel but thats ok. The light system is not really well designed

Room was large, comfortable & clean. It is very close to the metro station and bus stops near by. It is quite easy to travel to the city with public transport.

Breakfast was very basic without much variety. TV channels were limited for English speakers.

Clean and a good location

I like that they clean our rooms. However, I've noticed on the last day on my way to the airport, my airline bag tag was removed... meaning someone who was cleaning the room stole it the night prior... keep your stuff locked up.

The property is located in a central position in Taipei, so we had direct vision of Taipei 101 from our rooms. Nothing special but nothing wrong here. Had a good time, would come back here with no worries. Breakfast was very good.

The property seems a bit worn out, it could use some refurbishment.

Location was decent. Quiet at night, but bustling in the day. Breakfast wasn't anything to shout about but is good enough to start your day! Can't complain.

Only ran 1 elevator out of 2. However, perhaps it wasn't so full and I never had a very long wait. In fact, I was always in the elevator alone! Basin stopper was stuck when I pushed it down. However, after I came back that evening, it was fixed. Not too bad!
