The property was very elegant and clean. Food was great as well. Location is perfect to get around the city. Overall, stuff are great.

The property is very clean but missing the fridge. That’s disappointing. Also, it was hot in the room so I had asked the front desk to fix the AC- no one came to do it. Next day, I asked again and finally fix it. The Front desk lady that day was Durvis(?) she was really great!

My room was beautiful. It is huge and clean and a great great view over the balcony of the water and city.

The bathtub water didn't rub properly. I tried turning it all the way up to have the water run faster, but there was a loud juddering sound. It would take 45 min to fill up my bathtub.

Large hotel on the waterfront catering to business travelers, conventions and tour groups. Great pool, amazing breakfasts and very friendly and kind staff. The gym is large and has a lot of equipment. Convenient access to the waterfront and easy to take Uber rides around town. We had a great view of the ocean from our room.

Hotel is situated next to the main avenue and just a few steps from Cinta Costera. I has a nice pool and well equipped fitness centre. Rooms are spacious and have a nice view of Cinta Costera, Casco Viejo and even entrance/ exit to/from the Panama Canal. There are quite a few bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Rooms are a bit outdated, especially bathroom could use some renovation.

The breakfast was very good with alot of variety.

Out of three hotels we stayed on Panama City this one was our favourite. It was spacious, comfortable, bed was absolutely amazing, we fell asleep immediately in it (I normally have trouble changing beds), room was clean and staff was really helpful and courteous. We absolutely loved the hotel. Breakfast buffet was ok and staff working there was also really helpful and unobtrusive but at service. Location is central, our room had really nice view on Pacific, location is close to the malls and Casco Vijeo. As most of the hotel rooms in Panama they could use a bit of maintenance but all in all we loved our stay in hotel and wish we actually stayed longer there.

The rooftop pool (floor 20) has been closed for quite some time, but the pictures are still posted in the booking ad. It was one of the reasons I chose to enjoy the last sunny day in Panama and it is a possibility that no longer exists at the hotel. The breakast it's too expensive (23$ per person)

Elevators are so slow. Only 2 for such a huge hotel doesn’t make sense. U loose 5-10 min everytime.

Location was great. Right location for everything we needed to explore.

Breakfast was included in the hotel stay which was nice. My only complaint was the waffle iron kept sticking each day. I tried to explain to the staff that some type of oil or cooking spray needed to be applied to the waffle iron. The staff insisted this was not the issue but instead added more cooking oil each time to the waffle badder. Ugggh

We booked 1 night with a late check-out and the hotel upgraded us to a nice suite. This was a nice surprise, especially because now our son could sleep in a separate room. Staff were extremely friendly and remembered our son's name. The buffet dinner was very nice and the swimming pool is very spacious and has a bath for young children.

Not much to complain. Perhaps the choice of food for breakfast was less than I expected for such a hotel. Nevertheless it tasted great and wouldn't stop me from visiting again.
