The bed was great, firm but very comfy. Room was clean, everything worked. Free bottle of water was a nice touch although I only got that on the first two days. Location was great, close to the river and a short walk to the centre.

It’s a 24 hour reception desk but I didn’t know that. I called several times a few days before as I realised I wasn’t going to arrive until after midnight and was worried I wouldn’t be able to get in. When someone eventually answered they didn’t speak any English and my Spanish is rudimentary so we didn’t get anywhere. I’d also emailed a few times but didn’t get a reply…until I’d arrived. Then I received at least two emails a day during my stay telling me the desk was 24 hours.

Very good place to stay. Great customer service and very good food at the restaurant across the road (Restaurant Pacoche). Special thank you to Sergio and Pedro. A must go if in Murcia looking for a restaurant. Breakfast at the hotel was also very good. Good variety and great customer care by the breakfast staff room. Very clean room and very clean hotel overall. Very easy access to the centre of Murcia and transport. Highly recommended.

My room Is good and clean. Receptionist lady was very helpful. Breakfast was very poor. No kettle/ hot water for tea in the breakfast room. A lady who was working there was not friendly.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the area. Reception staff were helpful and pleasant on arrival. Breakfast was also included in the price and there was plenty of choice. The room was a nice size and had everything needed for our one night stay. Underground parking was provided at an additional cost of 12.50 which was reasonable for a city centre hotel

The description was slightly miss leading as it states its a modern hotel, yes it looks modern from the outside but once inside it is slightly dated.

It was near to the town centre, it was good value for money. The man on reception we only saw once, who spoke to us about us leaving, to sort our invoice, as we were leaving a day early, was happy and very helpful with a very good manner-he was only there once. He also supplied us with glasses for the room, when we asked with a smile - he was only there once.

It didn't appear, a very smiley happy reception when we arrived or came in/out of the building. We were not offered advice on the way to town or a map etc, it was a cold first meeting, not very welcoming. We saw 3 different people over 2 days. When you went out/in of the hotel, no hello/hola, goodbye/adios, Hasta luego etc, we did, but heads down too busy, which was a shame. Also i would suggest glass's or plastic cups in the room or bathroom. Pillow was too hard for me too, but that's a personal preferance. The pelmet, which holds the light running across the top of the headboard, is a bad design in my opinion, you could not put your pillow against it and sit up to read watch TV, you could bang your head on it too possibly.

Perfect business hotel just off the motor way with parking garage below. 10 minute walk to city centre. A few nice bars, places for breakfast, and other small shops nearby.

For the price and location it is a good 3 star hotel, but there always things that can be improved, and have been recently. I have been staying there for many years, and will continue to do so.

Excellent location, 5 min walk from the cathedral. The guy at the reception was very nice and recommended us great places to eat and drink. We ended up in one of those he recommended and were extremely satisfied with the choice!

Decent buffet breakfast; very comfortable bed and aircon worked well; friendly reception and clear instructions on how to get into underground carpark; good location for walking into centre of Murcia.

The room was spectacular and they are constantly cleaning. Very well located and super comfortable.

People (apparently) were allowed to smoke in common areas and the smell got into my room. It only happen once though.

Lovely traditional style hotel right in the heart of Murcia. Very clean, good size rooms and affordable pricing. Would recommend.
