The room was spacious. Very nice and clean. Staff was so friendly my daughter broke a glass while we was there and they was very nice about it and didn't act like we was annoying guest. It's very personalized loved the welcome with my name on the TV that's too awesome. I love it this is like my 4th time staying there and I look for it every time I come to Brunswick and I am really sad when it is all booked out. Irs my favorite place to stay

The only thing I would change is the shower heads. I don't like how they spray out very wide, I like a more direct stream but that's just me some people may like the wide stream

The studio apartment was modern, comfortable and so clean that for a moment I thought no one had stayed in it before. I had some time to kill after check in at 3 so I asked where I might go for a nice walk. A very helpful man at reception suggested and the Lighthouse at St.Simons. So glad I went! Lovely walking area and park near a long pier and actual restaurants instead of fast food or chains. I love the bedding. I bought the crinkled sheets and pillowcases a few years ago and still use them. This time I was blown a way by the great pillows. I’ll buy some.

The breakfast was just ok, but nice. I don't like that the juices are watered down, but there was a nice selection. Most of the staff was great - there was one gentlemen who didn't seem to care that we needed toilet paper or towels. The manager on duty was absolutely amazing. Our shower was backed up, and there was a water leak in our room due to the heavy rain. When I let the manager know, she comped one of the nights - that was totally unexpected. I simply wanted to let the hotel know before the next guest stayed, as it was only a minor inconvenience to me, and I did not expect anything but a thank you. That was a complete blessing to get a break on our stay.

The room was exceptionally nice. The mini kitchen is a plus. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was great. I would only suggest getting a door guard for the shower. When shower is running water tends to seep out even when shower door is shut.

The location was new, clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly and inviting. The room was modern and had great features. We were able to stream movies and relax during our stay. The free breakfast was tasty. The location was convenient and easy to get to off of the highway. We will be sure book this hotel the next time we are in town.

I did not like the fact that I when it was time for me to check out and get on the road that no one was at the front desk. I had to stand there and wait for the person to finish smoking her cigarette to check out. She did apologize so I kept it moving and was on my way.

This location was so convenient from the highway. The staff was super friendly, gave us great recommendations for our dinner! The beds were great but the sofa bed mattress lefts Much to be desired!!! Everything else was excellent!!!! The breakfast was top notch! Great for our service dog as well! If we are ever traveling this area again , definitely will go back!!!

The rooms were well laid out and had everything we needed. Loved the counter bar seating and the pull out couch was very comfortable. All the amenities were top notch! We will definitely stay here again.

There was nothing we didn't like.

It was all very clean, it's all new so no problems. It has a washer and dryer room, little gym area and pool although the pool could be a little bigger, it has a grill and fire pit next to it.

Everything was good, when we first checked in I think the clerk was having a bad night because they were a little aggravated when we got there but he was fine after and the following day.

Everything was nice except I originally booked a walk in shower but didn't get that.

It was my birthday so I was calm and just wanted to enjoy a nice getaway from home with a few of my family members.

Large room and bathroom. Great shower water pressure! Very comfortable bed and pillows. So quiet, I slept very well. Breakfast good and the staff was so friendly and helpful!

I have nothing to negative to say.
