I am seldom motivated to write reviews, that said however, I want to say the entire staff here at the Courtyard at Brunswick on Millennium Blvd was friendly and courteous to the person. From Housekeeping Staff to the Bistro servers, all friendly, fun, and nice to talk to, and especially courteous. Not a single exception! Our room was clean, the beds were fresh and nice, A/C was efficient and quiet as was the room itself. Common areas hallways pool and bistro are as clean as the day the place opened. A special shout out to Christopher the Desk Manager for our stay, I have to say I was impressed with my greeting as we arrived. He was busy and still took the time to make me feel as though I was the only customer in the world. I thought perhaps I had gotten there at some perfect time to have been given such customer service however after observing his interactions with other guests during my stay I came to understand this is the level of service given to each of the guests from the first time they enter the property to the guest’s final farewell. I have stayed at this property before at family gatherings however, I must say this staff as well as property has been taken to a level, I have not seen in the years of staying in it. Our stay here in Brunswick for my daughters Graduation from the local College was made very special by the treatment given to me and my family.

loved the place, the road in is a little weird to get to it but not difficult.

the shower is insanely slippery. my husband almost fell multiple times and he only took two showers during our weekend stay. the toilet in our room was also very wobbly and loud because it was so wobbly.

Great employees, Great food, very cold beer and a nice place out by the pool to have cocktails.

Not that I didn't like it since the person's working the bar was new at it....but a little education on how to make simple drinks would help

The Courtyard in Brunswick is my new hotel of choice in Brunswick! The rooms are extremely clean and Hilton at the front desk was very welcoming, extremely helpful and very kind!

Check in was easy. Front desk employee was fantastic. Rooms were great. Plenty of parking. We stay here the night before our cruises to make for an easy morning drive in.

The atmosphere in the lounge area was very good. Diner options vere limited but tasty .Drinks were good .Left before breakfast .

The musty /stuffy odor in the room. Coffe in the lounge area was just warm and old in the morning at 6:45am

Nice hotel and close to highway. Clean.

Staff was efficient, professional. They could have been a little more welcoming and friendly from a customer service perspective. But they got the job done. A smile means a lot to customers. The only elevator broke down on departure day which was unfortunate.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. They were doing some remodeling to the lobby but it did not effect our stay. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again.
