The property is very conveniently located, my room had a beautiful view of a residential mini park that was across the street. (2nd Floor) There are 2 tube stations available (Bayswater-circle line & Queensway-central line). Both are 5 min & 7 min walk respectively. The neighbourhood is quiet & felt safe to walk around even at night. I had read previous reviews about not very pleasant staff at reception so I was cautious to see how the treatment would be like. I was very pleasantly impressed by the 2 ladies that checked me in and a gentleman that checked me out & assisted me with my bags to the taxi. For me customer service is everything as I am in the service industry. Service is what makes the experience memorable. I had a minor glitch with milk provided in my room but the issue was immediately resolved with at-most professionalism. The room was very clean & the housekeeping attended to the room every single day. It’s a place I felt safe & would go back again.
I felt that the room was smaller than expected since travellers have luggage & the space can be quite limiting if you’ve got several suitcases in my opinion.

The staff were lovely and kept our bags for the day while we went out before we checked in. The palce was lovely and clean there was a positive atmosphere there aswell
There are windows in the rooms that have pigeons nests just outside of them. The pigeons make alot of noise during the night which was annoying.

How comfortable the pillows and mattress was and how clean everything was. Staff was super friendly and helpful and breakfast was generous.
My room was way too big for how small all the facilities were, need to install a desktop, there is enough space in that room. Shower was not very powerful.

The hotel is very clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly and were always carrying a smile on their face and were very happy to help anytime. The location of the hotel was very pleasant with easy access to underground trains. Must say, this place is very convenient if you want to visit central London and the areas. The hotel and the rooms were exactly as shown. I must say it had everything you needed, from a wardrobe to a table and a chair. The bed was very comfortable, and I should say the room was spacious for me and my wife. The bathroom was also spacious enough. I spent 3 nights with my wife and the experience was very pleasant. Had no issues or problems with the service. Worth every penny. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to have a pleasant stay.
There was nothing to dislike.

The bed was very comfortable, the staff were very kind and cheerful and happy to help within a normal manner, the location is very nice
The toilet in the lobby had no soap not been cleaned or maintained and the door slammed like a barn door. Maybe the room doors could be fire doors which includes being heavier and low down with different handles . The beds very comfortable however they would need to be checked regularly , the locked drawer in between the twin beds is unnecessary and could be classed as a safety hazard, windows need to be easily openable and fire exits clearly on the arrival documents and also the staff should summarise it for you verbally so less risk for everyone in worst case scenario. Maybe I missed all this

We were lucky to have found this hotel as we had booked another in the same area but the manager ( who fraudulently tried to still get money from my card) cancelled last minute and booking.com offered this hotel as an alternative. The room was admittedly small but offered 3 beds which we wanted as we didn't want to sleep in the same bed ( mother and two daughters) so we were pleased. It's not easy to find accommodation that offers 3 separate beds. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance to Bayswater underground and many buses so getting to the centre of London was not a problem. The reception entrance was very pleasant and welcoming with soothing music. The bed linen was changed daily and was clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped me when I was getting upset after the manager of the other hotel illegally tried to access my credit card by allowing me to phone booking.com from their phone. They are a credit to the hotel and the main reason I am giving a nine star review. Thank you.
As written, our room (116) was small and the view from the window was not pleasant looking onto what looked like heaters or fans which were loud as of the early morning. The walls were also thin and the first night was a sleepless one as the neighbours were so loud returning late and having the TV on loud. Luckily they left after one night. The fire alarm above the bed has a strong flash. However the friendliness of the staff made us forget all this and we would return.

The staff were very attentive and the breakfast that was included in the price was perfect. Hot full english and continental provided. For london the hotel price was very good.
Not that 'i didnt like' What i did find very strange was the fact that in room 107 which was on the lower ground floor, the bathroom was weird. A shower and a bath which was good. However the sink was on the side wall but immediately next to the toilet which faced out. This meant You could sit on the loo and lay your head on the sink. You had to squeeze past to sit down. This then meant that using toilet roll for example was very difficult as you couldnt manoeuvre in order to, well, you know !!!! Even a child would struggle in this space. Strange

I really enjoyed my one night stay here. Considering the reasonable price, I couldn’t have asked for much more. My room was smart, clean, modern and well-equipped (tea and coffee making facilities, glasses, mugs and paper cups, hair dryer, shower caps were all provided). The bathroom was small but modern. The check-out time of 12pm really helped me. Out of the two staff I interacted with, one was particularly warm and friendly. I would happily stay again.
I boiled water in the kettle but unfortunately it tasted pretty bad. It would also be useful to have some hooks to hang up clothes, for example on the back of the bathroom door.

Really close to Kensington Palace and Hyde park. 3 underground stations around the corner so perfect gateway to other places like Tower Bridge, Westminster, Buckingham Palace. Rooms really clean and very comfy beds. Our water, coffee, soap and towels topped up every day and exchanged everyday.
I just didn't like that our doughter who is 7 had to pay full price for breakfast where as you know kids are really fussy eaters and she only had a sandwich with Nutella and bowl of coco pops for nearly £16 same as us adults who had toasts, bacon, sausages, eggs and tea/coffees. I would suggest different prices for children.
