It was clean. The people at reception were not very and helpful. The location was central and near to two tube stations.

Rooms were very small but it’s what you expect in London. Air conditioning is very loud. There’s a charge of five point to leave luggage for a few hours—thankfully two night supervisors we met the night before checkout said it was ok when we objected to the payment and said we had never come across it before. I think it’s a bit mean to expect guests to pay this as the rates are high enough .

Extremely quiet rooms, with enough size and a decent closet. The bed was really really comfortable, even the pillows, which was surprising because hotels' pillows are usually too soft. There is public transportation nearby, both tube and bus. We opted to use the bus since it is more relaxed.

The cleanliness could be better. It is something that looks common everywhere in London and I don't understand why. The towels were NEVER clean enough, every single day it was the same. The same happened with the beds. The sheets were always with traces of blood, food, ... not sure.. it was not extremely bad at all, but.. come on, it is a Hilton. This should never be missed.

The location was good and staff were friendly

My booking stated that I had a safe deposit box and a balcony. The staff apologized for the inconvenience, the safe was missing after a refit but there was some confusion over the balcony.

Breakfast was delicious, cookies were a really nice bonus when checking in and receptionist Caner’s hospitability was really appreciated, thank you for the lovely stay! Kiitos!

Overpriced for what it is. was upgraded to a king room but seemed tiny compared to other king rooms we have stayed in. Reception staff on times didn’t t seem interested. We asked multiple times for clean towels etc due to house keeping not being completed and staff on front desk didn’t seem to care. When house keeping did come - the lady was absolutely fantastic and apologised. she was clearly over worked but had a smile on her face and couldn’t do enough for us.

Location was excellent. Staff were professional and very friendly. I didn't eat there so can't comment on the restaurant.

I contacted the hotel on 3 occasions prior to my arrival asking about the possibility of an earlier check in, I even offered to pay extra. Sadly on no occasion did the hotel contact me back. I arrived at the hotel mid morning, left my bags at reception and was told my room would be ready by 2pm, I said great many thanks. I returned to the hotel at 2:30 to be informed that there was no room available, I sat in reception waiting for a room, to watch 3 sets of guests arrive and be checked in, along with an entire flight crew from Air France. I eventually got to my room to be hit with the noisiest air conditioning unit I've ever encountered, thus making it impossible to sleep.

I love the location of this hotel and most of the staff are very friendly and warm and very eager to help

I still find the king size rooms a little tight also they’re missing the little things. There was no water in the room and there was no coffee pods in the room and when mentioning to the reception she made it out as if I was in the wrong claiming they normally charge for water which I know is not the case as I’ve stayed here many times but overall the management are very good and Hotel is very good.

- The bed was comfortable, not too soft and not too hard. - Breakfast was scrumptious and abundant - Friendly staff in the breakfast hall - We loved the location - super close to Hyde Park, restaurants, shops, groceries, tubes, and bus stops with buses heading straight for Oxford Street, Picadilly Circus and much more. - The staff in the reception were very accomodating and helpful. - Reasonable prices for roomservice food (we didn't order but we saw the pricelist)

- Lacked certain small amenities; - there were minimal toiletries in the bathroom - there were no extra toilet papers when we arrived and even after the room was cleaned 2 days later, we had to go out to purchase this ourselves. - there were no towels to dry hands with and the room had no bathroom floor mat. - The hotel should consider upgrading the phone docking stations as well as the tvs to SmartTV for streaming, media player, casting and so on... - Room cleaning needs improvement and attention to details. - The showerhead was fixed at one specific angle and we couldn't run it full blast, because it splashed water all over the floor, and we had no floor mats so it was a bit disgusting at times.

1. Location was great for our purposes: bus stops and underground tubes were within walking distance. 2. Staff was pleasant, courteous & very accommodating: Our flight from Hawaii brought us to the hotel in the early hours, however, Caner at the Front Desk offered not only to hold our luggage, but was able to process paperwork to check us in early. Although our room was not quite ready, we were assured that as soon as it was ready, Caner would text me. In the meantime, we were able to get something to eat and surprisingly within a few hours, Caner texted to advise our room was ready. Not only was the room ready, but unexpectedly, Caner provided us with a corner room, top floor with a view. Anticipating that my husband and I were completely exhausted after a 20-hour commute, we felt Caner went above and beyond to accommodate us in a most gratifying way. As our stay was for six (6) days, we would often see Caner and he would always make time to say hello and to wanted to make certain everything was okay and we were satisfied. Also, at the time of check-in during a brief conversation, I mentioned my interest in Turkish food. I forgot about this conversation, yet Caner texted me and kindly provided the name of nearby restaurant. Such a personal service. We stayed at 5-star hotels in the past, and we never experienced this amount of interaction with the Front Desk staff in any other hotel. 3. Staff was pleasant and quick to respond to inquiries: There was a ceiling bulb above the foot of the bed that was very dim. After calling in the issue, a maintenance person arrived in less than 5 minutes to change the bulb. Again superb service. 4. Convenient breakfast: Our booking did not come with breakfast, but we did have breakfast one morning. The Cafe was only serving the breakfast buffet and everything on the buffet line was adequate and pleasant. The convenience of the Cafe being in the lobby was great. Not all hotels have a full service...

Bed: The bed could be more comfortable. Some parts of the bed you could feel the bed springs. Shower: The hot water in the shower wasn’t always consistent in temperature, but not a big deal to complain about. Noise: For the most part, the room was quiet, however, during the night hours, there were intermittent banging or clanking noises and we couldn't figure out where the noise was coming from or what was producing such a noise. It wasn't too much of a concern to make a big fuss, but just wanted to provide feedback.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable king sized bed. Breakfast was very varied and the quality of the food was very good. The central location was excellent and very convenient for the Albert Hall and for central areas we needed to visit.

The breakfast staff were very busy and whilst they were very pleasant towards the guests we sometimes couldn’t find a table which was clean. Also the corridor outside our room was not as clean as inside our room and there was an off putting stain in the corner of the carpet. These are very picky points because overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book this hotel again.
