The lunch and dinner menu was good, food was very tasty and good quality The team at the bar was friendly and supportive, staff member helped me save money via downloading the app worth doing! the layout of the hotel looked good we arrived late evening so we didn't get time to use the swimming pool or gym The room was cosy beds were comfortable, shower room was amazing

breakfast was not great and we were up early and down by 7.30am it just wasn't tasty for us compare to the dinner menu The price for the breakfast should be included in your hotel price for what we paid. in my opinion i thought £25 per person even fro a child a bit pricey for unlimited breakfast from a buffet style. this area part i would say needs an improvement

Good points: Clean hotel, good facilities, on sight Starbucks. free parking is most appreciated. The wedding fair event was lovely to look around, as a guest of the hotel this was a nice touch… and definitely gave us food for thought if we were to host an event there. The bar/ restaurant is lovely, helpful staff and nice food. The pool area is wonderful, great hot tub/sauna/ steam room. All in all we really enjoy this hotel & look forward to coming back.

Points of improvement…. When having a late checkout please make sure this is actually applied. I was locked out of our room at 11am, this also happened last time. A late checkout is great but not when you have to go to the desk to get the room unlocked. The entire 3rd floor absolutely stank of cannabis for the duration of our stay, there is no way staff could have missed this & they should have found the guests and evicted them from the hotel.

How welcoming and friendly the lady on check in was. She interacted with our 3 year amazingly whilst we checked in. She was also really helpful with timings of the pool with family swim times. Pool was a nice size and allowed the children to use the floats and noodles. Starbucks on site is a bonus!

Small minor things but not enough main lighting in the room. Lots of lamps but not a ceiling light. The shower was a little dirty from the previous occupant. Only serves coke products and we are a Pepsi max family but again this is personal preference. Having a little fridge in the rooms would be great especially for those with a young family when needing to keep milk cold but again not the end of the world.

The hotel was modern, clean and well ran. Staff went above and beyond to meet our needs, including a lady running across to the Starbucks for oat milk at breakfast as my little girl has a CMPA and they had ran out of oat milk - so lovely! The room was perfect and the hotel is in a great location for local shopping/restaurants and Legoland. The pool is the warmest pool we have ever been in - our baby girl was so happy swimming in there and has never been happy in a pool for long, elsewhere. Lovely facilities!

Our only points for a better stay would be to have provided a mattress for the travel cot which was provided and the price of the hotel didn't include breakfast and it isn't a 'high end' hotel so the price was quite high.

The location of this place is fantastic! It's conveniently close to Sainsbury's for any last-minute essentials, and Coral Reef Waterpark is just a short distance away, perfect for a fun-filled day. Plus, having a swimming pool on-site and free weekend parking makes it even more appealing.

While the location and amenities like the pool and free parking are great, it's disappointing that the sauna and jacuzzi aren't accessible to children. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was a bit of an issue, which was inconvenient.

I liked that it had facilities on offer such as swimming if we wanted to and the Starbucks is great. The restraunt too was standard but more than what we needed for just a quick over night stay whilst we tied it in with Lapland uk. The football table would have been good if there would have been a ball so that let it down for little one after telling them about it prior. We had a quiet and peaceful room

Bit faffy with check in with the screens and additional £1 payment which I was told I would get back and I didn’t..

The bed was so comfy had a really good night sleep The room was really clean and was a lovely shower. I did also like how busy and lively the hotel was, was really nice to see a hotel with atmosphere

We requested a cot for our room and that was accepted. Upon arrival to our room we didn’t have a cot for our baby, so I went to reception and requested one, to which they were going to find one and would bring it to our room, and we never heard anymore regarding this, not even to let us know if one could t be found so that was a bit disappointing

Great location for what we needed and the swimming pool was a bonus! Room very nice for family, clean, modern.

The staff were, at times non existent and when available didn’t seem to have time to listen to the question properly to answer it. The food was ridiculous price and bad quality! The buffet for children was dangerous and a child was burnt by over spilling boiling water from the pasta! My son spilt some but it missed him luckily - it was inevitable with how it had been set out.

The rooms, clean and comfortable

The food in the evening, the children’s pizza and chips wasn’t edible, rock hard from the moment it came out. After a 5 hr drive, it wasn’t great. Or cheap!! Burgers were nice but at £18.95 each I would have expected them to be hot, not warm. Some staff members seemed like they may need more training, I asked for a white wine and sod, asked to repeat it, 3 times throughout the order and was still given it without soda

Good location for Lapland uk. Good facilities.

Had to move rooms as it wasn’t clean hair still in the shower. When we moved to the other room was dripping shower and other hotel guests toys etc left under beds. I think if you’re a hotel guest you shouldn’t have to pay £5 parking or £5 to go in the pool as you have already paid a lot for the stay. The hotel was being renovated so eating breakfast we were sat next to all the work being carried out and the buffet food for breakfast seemed rushed and greasy. The rooms are noisey if near to the gym as it’s 24 hour, and for morning classes. Because of renovations there was not much seating in the evening bar unless you were eating. The pool area needs a good clean and lots of gravel/sand in the pool.
