The facility is well-designed, combining usability and aesthetics. The apartment was spacious, so our children were not only thrilled to explore the Alps but also enjoyed playing inside. The playground in front of the facility is also a great idea—thanks for that! The Phyrn-Priel active card is marvelous!

I would strongly recommend that all payments for the accommodation be made upfront at the time of arrival. This would be more transparent. When I was checking out, I was asked at the reception desk to pay an additional 120 EUR for city tax, linens, and towels. It would have been more convenient for me to pay this at the time of arrival.

Need to pay extra money for every detail (kids bed, kids chair, bedrail for bigger kid, steps to reach basin for kids…) and also you pay if you leave garbage in the apartement and don’t take it out yourself (extra 20€), if you leave dishwasher not empty and all stuff where it belongs (extra 20€) which I don’t understand if you pay 100€ for final cleaning anyway. The same with 30€ per person for towels. Somewhere I have read description that these are luxury apartments and yes, they are very nice and luxurious feeling is for sure, however these extra payments don’t make the services on high level. People at the reception were rather distant than helpful and solution oriented.

Modern & clean room with everything you need. A good location to the ski area with a bus (3 minutes ride). Friendly staff. Sauna was amazing! After a long day with skiing, it was great to go to sauna and relax. We stayed here over the new year, and the fireworks on the new year's eve were wonderful. There is a playground outside, and my kids loved to play there, and they had fun with sledding. The ski area has nice ski area for kids, and my kids had a good ski lesson there. Highly recommended for families with kids!

Apartments are spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Sauna is huge and very cosy. Everything is new and clean.

I did not like that there are extra fees (cca 120 EUR which was 15 % of our total price) charged besides the main price that is on Booking and you only see that once you make your booking. I find it dishonest and really unnecessary to pay extra for bed linens or whatever it is. I do not see any reason for this except you want to make your price look lower in Booking search, which is scammy.

The staff is very kind, and the environment is beautiful.

The bed is very uncomfortable. There is no air conditioning in the apartment, which is understandable since it is a winter accommodation. However, in the summer heat, it was sorely missed. The rooms are designed to retain heat in winter, but during this period, it felt like a sauna because of it. At the accommodation, there is a towel fee which is mentioned, but just a note: it should be included in the total price because listing it separately at the end during checkout can lead to misunderstandings.

The room was clean and comfortable.

There was no mention about extra charges of 100 EUR for cleaning and 15 EUR/person for towels in the Alprima Hotels conditions, so we were wery unpleasantly surprised at the moment of the bill payment. When I was looking for this on the Alprima web pages later on, I found the only extra charge for the towels. No mention of cleaning charge even though cleaning of the room is demanded to be done by clients.

New, clean and well equipped appartment near the ski resort. Easy access, a lot of parking space, wellness, children´s playroom.

Very strict accomodation rules (on top of the cleaning fee you will be charged high amounts for not taking out garbage, cleaning all dishes or even €20 if you forgot something in the fridge). The lady at the reception at checkout was not in the best mood to say the least (the staff at checkin was excellent).

Beautiful area, perfect accomodation in wonderful settings. The village has everything to offer that a few-day-holiday requires for an active resting.

The apartments are well equipped, so much so, that a choice of electric cooking plates, dishware, diswasher, quality coffee machine, electric tea pot and multi function microwave oven provide ample kitchen applienaces. The lack of toaster stood out only for this very reason.

We stayed here during the Formula 1 weekend, as this place was 1 hour drive away and seemed like a good price/quality ratio considering that prices are skyrocketing during the F1 weekend. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, our apartment was clean and fully equipped. We could order fresh bread for breakfast the day before (except on Sunday).

The ventillation system turned on automatically in the bathroom when you turned the lights on and it was very loud and brought in some food smell. The fridge was also crazy loud, we actually had to turn it off for the night otherwise we couldn’t have slept.
