Skilift just around the corner, no need to start the car or look for a bus. There was no problem communicating in English at the reception. Very good bang for the buck. It's affordable accomodation and everything is new and clean.

Only one free electrical outlet near bed (if you wanna keep the lights plugged in), small TV, complicated room temperature controlling, two small matraccess instead of one big (it might be a plus for somebody), no (or not working) bathroom ventilation, no fridge and very basic restaurant if I can even call it a restaurant and easy to hear what are your neighbours doing. But those are just details, we enjoyed our stay.

Close to skilift. Good organised/planned for skiers and sportsmen. Private parking spot is a big plus on the weekend when the all skiers from other villiages come with the car. Rooms are quite big with balocny and too many hangers for the clothes. Pet friendly 🐶

Breakfast buffet could be better with more vegetable options. Towels in the bathroom were too small and with poor quality.

Everything was great except the check-in. The young man at the reception desk lacked even lower intermediate knowledge of English and it took several minutes for him to understand and somehow answer a simple question: "Where can we store our snowboards?" That really surprised me in a hotel next to a big slope. Another shift or another person at the desk and I would give 10 of 10.

Breakfast was really delicious, we liked the variety of food. Perfect location to be one of the first to ski. Room was rather small, but the bed was comfy and the equipment quite OK. Late checkout was great possibility!

We went for a dinner to the hotel bar once and the waiter forgot to give our order to the kitchen, came an hour later, didn't even apologize and wanted to know, what we ordered the first time, which was kind of dumb ...

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Nice area close to the mountains and lakes (with car, not sure about public transport). But what amazed me most is the breakfast: one can cook own breakfast: there are small ovens with pans, and ready cut ingredients and you can cook your own omelette :) and other stuff too of course. Made the breakfast very inviting

It was just great. Especialy the kind staff, enough space for winter clothing in the room and well equipped ski-room. Skipasses available at the reception and payable together with the accommodation were a very convenient bonus. Oh and the spacious parking was nice as well.

I'd extend the evening bar snacks selection, but it's nice, that the hotel wants to support local restaurants. Just some days after extensive skiing it would be comfy to stay in and have some hot meal.

Everything seemed to be new/ in good shape and clean. Room was having extremely beautiful mountain view. Bed was comfortable. Room decoration is different what you are used to but ok. Breakfast was good, there were small frying pans if you wanted to make some fried eggs. Spacious parking place in front of the hotel.

Shower was having some glass wall and then open area with no curtain and water could easily go outside the shower area if you are not careful.

The room lay-out and room were really good, nice and spacious.| Breakfast and reception were excellent.

Options for dinner were extremely limited and disappointing. Pizza or Pasta.

the room was clean, spacious and view was nice. Breakfast was ok for such a hotel and the bar tender took care of us exceptionally when we wanted to have a glass of wine after returning from the slopes.

The staff during the check-in wasn't the most hospitable. We were woken up in the night by some party and in the morning some Austrian woman woke us up at 6 o'clock by trying to get to another room. The photos on the ceiling are disturbing. The walk from the hotel across the car park is tedious

The eco friend stuff a bit overboarded if it can be so. But the cartoon behind the tv screen is definitely too much. More pillow would have been good. If you want to have sunny terrace make sure that you ask for a room b/w #15-28, otherwise #1-14 will face fully north with all of its meaning. Double check at check in that your room card opens the spa/fittness otherwise you got to wait until someone comes out and opens the door.
