The staff was super nice! Respectful as well

We had an issue with someone that was doing swimming lessons in the pool if there was a sign saying so I understand but there wasn't. She was very rude and approached us disrespectful making us have to stay in the corner while she does lessons put a sign on the door! There wasn't one and I payed a lot of money for us to stay there! So I'm gonna use the pool! All of it ! I complained to the staff but not sure if it was handled no one got back to me.

Upon arrival was not greeted or attended to in a welcoming manner, had to wait 5-10 min while staff was on a call, after I was taken care of, I wasn’t given any explanation of the facilities amenities such as internet availability and how to use it, the only thing was mentioned was breakfast is at 7am till 10am

The facilities were excellent. Staff very friendly and obliging with whatever we needed. Food for breakfast very good. However hot water for tea was cold and the pot was not a dedicated pot as water dispensed was brownish and tasted like coffee. Yuck.

Hot water dispenser for hot tea was dirty, water was cold, brown, and tasted like coffee. Ugg.

The kids loved the breakfast. The staff was very polite and understanding. The situation my children and I are in I spoke with the manager he treated me like everyone else. We where staying there because we lost our home. They made us feel welcomed.

Shay at the front was amazing as well as the african american gentleman, both very personable and accommodating. the room was excellent, I caught the sunrise every morning, which helped me get in alignment every day!

The only thing I could say is that, at one point they ran out of hand towel. luckily I always travel with at least 2 of my own, but when they were washed, the front desk had no problem giving them to me.

The room was exceptionally nice. Breakfast was only good when certain workers cooked. The staff the black man that works over night, hate I don't know his name however he was wonderful. The morning clerk Indiana lady is beyond rude and unfriendly. She probably shouldn't do customer service because she lacks it.

The Indiana lady she is very rude likes it unbelievably how mean she is.

Having a fridge and microwave, bathroom looks new, nice bed and linens.

The first day we didn't get our room serviced, maybe because they have a confusing policy. If you want to reuse the towels, must hang the do not disturb sign. In that case neither, the towels get changed nor the bed and bathroom get cleaned.

The only thing was the pool was cloudy and it smelled like bleach. Someone spilled a orange soda in front of the elevator and it was not cleaned up until the last came in for breakfast. I know that someone could of cleaned up the hazardous spill .

Vety clean and helpful when needing to extend stay.

Not all elevator buttons light up so hard to tell if you selected other than a beep Elevator still works.

All good. The room was clean. They clean it every day. Staff in the front, kitchen, and housekeeping all did excellent. All places are neat and clean.
