Excellent little boutique hotel in a peaceful location with a nice breakfast (for a supplementary 10 euros per person). The breakfast was convenient since there are no cafes really nearby that serve breakfast. The terrace in our room was big and it was nice to sit in the evening and watch the fireworks from the neighboring village festivities. The room was also very nice with basic kitchenette facilities as well.

The buses were not functioning on the route that was close to the hotel so we had to use Uber, Bolt and Ecabs for going around but this was not a problem of the hotel. The terrace is big so maybe the owners could upgrade it with a jacuzzi/small pool and make the room even better.

The property was clean, modern and styled beautifully. Our room was lovely and spacious, plenty of room and storage facilities. Lovely large shower. Our balcony was the highlight of our trip! We had a sea view room which was just beautiful and we were able to watch both sunrise and sunset! Would absolutely recommend this as somewhere to stay! Location was ideal! We would love to come back one day! Also one of the cleaners met us as we were arriving at our room and showed us all the amenities etc. she was very lovely and helpful

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property! Cannot fault it!

Lovely location just a few minutes walk from traditional Xaghra, and a few minutes drive from Victoria. The room was large as was the balcony overlooking the area and the sea in the distance. We liked that they kept the traditional look of the outside of the building so that it fitted well into the landscape. A good buffet breakfast was provided. Very reasonably priced.

The hill up from Victoria was very steep and winding, and the road rough. As the island is small, we decided to approach Xaghra from different roads after the initial drive up, without adding too much time to our journey.

We stayed for 9 nights. Would definitely book again. Our room was spacious and well cleaned. Matress is on the harder side, but bed itself is big, enough pillows and a good sized blanket - so we slept amazingly. Breakfast was perfect, better than in some big hotels. And the interior of the hotel and the breakfast room especially represents the Maltese style in a really impressive way. I did read some interviews about rooms being damp. This is an island and humidity is always high. Luckily rooms have ACs, so that's not a problem. It's a really lovely hotel with amazing staff.

Really nothing to complain about. Hopefully will have another opportunity to stay there.

Beautifully restored property Large room with plenty of storage Our towels were changed every day . Very helpful staff On the edge of the town but 10 mn from all the restaurants on the main square. Amazing views

Separation between the 2 balconies has huge gaps thus doesn’t allow any privacy ! The couple next door were nice and quiet but it is an issue ! A small sun umbrella and lounger on our large balcony with sea view Would have been a great addition ! Breakfast options were limited . A fruit salad and muesli would have been nice

The owner family, as well as staff, are extremely friendly and helpful! The house is beautifully furnished, brightened additionally with local paintings, well kept and offers a cosy breakfast atmosphere with satisfying selection - even fresh avocado! Very clear information for self-check in, cute little keycards to be found in the room. Thanks a lot!

The only possible improvement I could imagine enjoying next time is a small table next to the comfy sofa in room 202, to enjoy coffee indoors as well, when the terrace is too windy - otherwise perfect!

The level of cleanliness. The modern and up to date facilities. The room had everything possible to make your stay comfortable down to even the minor details like toothbrush as part of the toiletries. The bed was very big and comfortable and the breakfast was spectacular.

The only minor issue is that it's a bit far from the bus stops that you actually need to go the places you want to go (15 to 20 mins) However it's really easy to get a bolt and if you're up for it, the walk is a nice way to see the area.

Nice accommodation, very good mix of modern and old. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a limited but good choice including fruit, cereals, hot dishes, bread and sweet pastries too. Drinks included juices, milk and a variety of hot drinks from the machine. Xaghra is a village with plenty of restaurants in the village square which are of walking distance from the accomodation. We really enjoyed our stay and are really looking forward to returning.

The decor of the room and the enire place is to very high standards. The room is big, clean and very nicely done, equipped with a mini kitchen with sink and spacious fridge. Bed is very comfortable. The shower has a very powerful rainfall shower head and all the amenities needed are provided as well. Lauren has been in touch minutes after the booking providing all the informations and instructions to access the property and the room itself. She came across like a very kind person, which you can't always give it for granted. I've chosen not to have breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. Located in a very small town, 10 min walking distance from the main square, where you can also find few restaurants. At night the town is very quiet, almost deserted which can make you a bit uncomfortable but felt really safe walking back and forth from the hotel. Overall very pleased with everything.

Nothing to say here. But if I really want to be picky, as I like to sleep in the dark, the stanby led from the TV was quite bright. Also the curtains let light coming through the sides. As I said, this is me being picky, a lot of people will be fine with it.

From the start i had help from Lauren Camilleri which i appreciated a lot. Thanks to her for the design of the room for me and my partner anniversary. ❤️ I didn't expect all that she did. When we entered into the room she have left us speechless. For sure we will visit some other day. 😁 Again thank you for everything. I don't have enough words to thank you. Big THANK YOU 🥰 and a hug from us. 🫂 (P.S photo of the bathroom i don't have because i took a video to leave it as a memory for me) 😬 But i can tell that it was MARVELOUS! 😍

There was nothing that we didn't like because it was AMAZING! 😃😍
