This hotel turned out to be a good choice because: 1) although the location is not in the center it has a nice shopping mall beside and it does not take long to reach the center 2) bottles of water were given everyday, free of charge 3) the view from the 25th level with floor to ceiling windows was amazing 4) all the staff was very friendly and helpful 5) the accommodation was huge with a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a balcony that we had to sign to have the door unlocked, a big bedroom 6) the WI-FI was free and good 7) there are many restaurants in the hotel itself and the food is excellent 8) there is a beautiful pool 9) the hotel was clean overall and felt very safe 10) the price was excellent for the quality 11) bus tours picked us up right at the hotel 12) taxis were readily available.

Although we really enjoyed our stay, there are few items to review: 1) the water in the pool was cold; I wanted to exercise but it was really not pleasant. 2) the lounge chairs were only in the full sun; wanting to lie in the shade was impossible. 3) the room was huge and beautiful but some windows were dirty, some of the furniture, doors and floors had scratches 4) in the kitchen there was almost nothing to cook or to serve food. Overall still a good choice!

The hotel was amazing from the rooms and cleaning and clean bathroom also the hotel place is fantastic it is near a mall al nasr and what makes the hotel better is there’s an Indian restaurant and Brazil and the atmosphere was great and the view you get in the restaurant of AlJuffair is beautiful view lastly the staff there were welcoming and I want to thank ms. Nora ,mr ala aldin and ms zahra they were very friendly and I recommend any tourist to come in Wyndham garden hotel. You won’t regret staying in this hotel and I give this hotel 5 star

There isn’t something in the hotel I didn’t like

1. Great location: easy access to supermarket/ restaurants/ public transportation/ tourist destinations 2. Welcoming and friendly staff!!!!!!: best staff I have ever seen! Always smiling and ready to help. I lost my personal belongs twice here but found them with the help of the staff. Special thanks to Narimane from the reception and Islem from the restaurant!👏👏👏 3. Beautiful view from the balcony: The view is breathtaking.

The manager Zahra refused to provide an invoice for my stay, which I have never experienced things like this in any other hotels I have stayed. Feel very disappointed because of this and thanks for leaving me a bad mood on my last day :)

The staff are the real stars at this Wyndham location. Clearly, they have all been well trained on how to create the best experience for their guests. I appreciated every one of them. Mr. Mustafa at the front desk was particularly awesome as he fulfilled my request of a room with a bathtub without any hesitations. I was also lucky to be granted a slightly early check in and even a late check out(!!). The experience overall was very positive.

Clean and Big rooms, Bigger than hotels of similar types. Staff are very courteous. They talk to you with a smile. The hotel entrance is at the back. Should have been more better if the entrance was at the front main road. lots of parking in the premises. Very comfortable and lovely stay. Swimming pool , Gym , Sauna and Jacuzzi ( 1 Hot and 1 cold water) was really amazing. Very well maintained hotel. The staff at the front desk were really helpful especially a gentleman name Alaa. Good job and thanks for making our stay wonderful

The valet service was very poor. No one entertained us. Other than that everything was amazing.

The staff were welcoming and kind. They all contributed to us having the best time in Manama. I told the hotel I was celebrating my birthday and Narimane, Guest Relations Officer, had the room decorated and left me a handwritten birthday card, a slice of strawberry cake and a fruit bowl. It was a beautiful surprise. I didn't see her when I checked in so she called the next day to check how I was enjoying the stay. She gave recommendations for a beach as we wanted that experience and for an Italian restaurant in Bahrain Bay. The staff at breakfast ensured we had a pleasant experience every morning (Hamzi the Hostess, Samser the F&B Supervisor and Marwan). All the others were kind and attentive as well but we interacted most with those mentioned. Abdulwahab and Amanda on the front desk area were friendly and helpful as well. One advise, use Uber instead of the regular cabs (it cost a lot less). I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bahrain for the first time. You will surely have a great experience. An added bonus, the hotel is across the street from Oasis Mall and in close proximity to nightlife.

The staff is the reason for high rating. The apartment did have issues and we were immediately given another room which was better.The 1 bed kitchenette is small so not much can be done. But the staff were very helpful, very accommodating, always ready to make the stay better. Very well trained to provide good customer service . Ramzan in housekeeping made sure our space was clean.

Before appointing a room/apartment, care should be taken to make sure everything is in working order and clean so that a room change in not needed.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Especially Hotel Manager Ganesh is very friendly and supportive. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Indian, Europian, Arabic restaurants are inside hotel.Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Nothing else

I booked the room last minute as a matter of fact a couple of hours before check in. The price was amazing, the room was available when I arrived and was not made to wait. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. All amenities that were offered were open and readily taking customers. The room was surprisingly big, offered a kitchenette and had a washer/dryer if you needed to do a quick load of laundry. Parking was easily and readily available.

The pool is on the small side. Not optimal, I would imagine if the hotel were fully booked. It would almost be impossible to be able to enjoy the room. If you are using the bar/lounge on the 28th floor the aroma of all the food being cooked in the restaurant can be smelt throughout the floor. I am sure these are easy fixes.

Only area they should work on is parking arrangements. Though they have covered parking lot, it's dangerous to manouvre cars from level 0 onwards, too tight and needs great driving skills. They have parking lots in front of the hotel but limited. Valet parking is good, people do their best to park your car. But it would be great if they work on parking.
