Breakfast was outstanding. A variety of everything possible and was amazing. I enjoyed it and loved that coffee service started at 6:30 am.

You can’t help it, but a pool with so many kids makes me feel like I am swimming in pee water

Rooms are quiet, even the ones with a pool view. Location is nice. CVS, Walgreens, Starbucks, Wendy's and McDonald's close by (among others).

The bathroom design made it impossible for you to take a shower without making the whole bathroom wet. Why not close the box or use a curtain in the shower??? The sofa bed is right at the air conditioner, that has no option to flip the air flow... So, whoever sleeps there will have a bad time. I stayed 14 days there, and the bathroom was not deeply cleaned in that period. They charge 15$ per day for parking. They charge 5$ per package if you order something online.

The staff were rude. We let them know that by the front desk was wet and she did nothing. Next day, around 8 am , they came knocking on our door to ask us if we were checking out . I told them I was ready to go for breakfast . That I ask for a late check out, I was told they need to start cleaning. It was a man and a woman with a paper list. Everyone were Hispanics , who spoke English, they were extremely rude. I was so surprised that Marriott has such rude people. Only one person was polite and professional she was not Hispanic. I am Hispanic

We loved our view of the roller coasters at Sea world! And being able to see the fireworks at night was so amazing!

The concecaire was terrible! They were never available. The sitting up rides to Sea world and back was very difficult. We thought it would be nice to not have to pay to park at Sea world. It did not work. You had to make reservations before hand. I thought it was a shuttle service all day, it was not! We paid to park at Sea world twice and ended up getting an Uber a couple times. The shuttle was non-existent to us. To hard to set up.

We all love that this hotel is close to theme parks. It also provides a reliable shuttle service to Seaworld. In addition, they provide good housekeeping services. Moreover, it offers a wide variety of breakfast choices everyday which is great. Beds were comfortable. Pool was kept clean and warm. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Parking price is $15 per day which is reasonable.

The cons that we’ve observed is the limited amount of towels in the room. We’re 4 adults and only had 3 towels so ended up requesting for additional, no problem. Also, they should add some more trolleys. During our check out, we had to wait for almost 20minutes for a trolley since there’s a greater demand for it but unavailability slows down the check out process. I think this matter should be taken into consideration for the convenience of future guests.

Our family of 5 loved our room as we had a great view of the roller coasters at SeaWorld (there aren't many rooms at this end of the hotel so we got lucky!) The staff were very helpful and kind. Great breakfast. Note for future guests: you can book seats on the free shuttle to SeaWorld but it stops at many other hotels on the way, so for us it was a 15-20 min ride for the 1.1mile distance. We preferred to walk after that first experience but that was fine since our kids are old enough!

The pool for kids was awesome! The location to Sea World and Aquatica was great. That was the main reason we picked this hotel. We also went to Disney Hollywood Studios and disney Springs, and it was like a 15 - to 20-minute ride. Not bad. The room was more than spacious, and the beds were nice and comfy.

The food and drinks at the poolside "restaurant" were subpar. The food tasted like it was just heated up and served. Way overpriced for what it was. Also, the drinks were overly sweet with no hint of alcohol.

Great breakfast. Great location. Nice room

Price. Went to rebook for Feb 1 and Feb 9. Almost 300.00 difference in those two days. Found just as good way cheaper right down the road. Shop around before booking. My nightly stay for Feb 9 went from almost 400.00 a night to 211.00 including tax. Feb 1 was almost 100.00 cheaper. Motels like plying the pricing games

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very large and spotless. The breakfast was exactly what we needed with two young kids and the breakfast attendant was so kind and helpful. He really took the time to go above and beyond. When the delivery for waffle batter didn’t come in on time, I felt like he was actually heartbroken for my two little girls. They got over it really fast when they discovered fruit loops for the first time.

This is more of a decor over sight… the pool area looks like a pumpkin patch with all the orange side tables.

Location is fabulous- across from Sea World, and a short drive to the Convention Center and parks. Additionally, there are several places to eat within a quick walk- BW3, Mellow Mushroom, Firehouse Subs, Starbucks. That was really nice. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel, rooms, and grounds were very clean. The breakfast was really good too- make your own waffles, eggs or omelets, bagels, toast, oatmeal and fruit (banana or apple).

I wouldn't say this as a total negative - but the pool is very shallow so it's meant more for a quick cool off, not really swimming. As expected, there were quite a few families/kids too which means the space could get crowded. However, you can use the pool at the connecting sister property (Holiday Inn next door) so that was a bonus. However, that pool is also shallow so not really meant for swimming.
