I like that there was enough things to do to keep my Grandson busy!

Having to climb the stairs so many times in the weekend and having to park so far away from our building after we went to a cheer competition. Another thing that upsets me, I spent a lot of $ to book the room for two days and got charged to park for both days. I can see charging once, but everyday is excessive!! Plus the resort fee for both days. Geesh.....

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast and the location was good. The hotel is very close to the theme parks which is one of the main reasons why I selected the hotel.

I didn't like the additional fees. I was okay with the resort fees; however, parking should be free. I had to wait for about 30 minutes before I could find a spot near my building. Parking should be included in the room rate.

The room was clean and tidy. Their breakfast was good. Part of the rooms are like motel. I am not sure if this is the right description but it was great.

Service at the front desk was amazing! The hotel smells great and the cookies were a hit! My girls and I loved the room. I think it was the Junior Suite or something. It was comfortable and spacious. The bed slept amazing! The temperature in the room was nice. The views were great. We liked the pool. We liked the security of the parking lot behind the gate. I liked that the hold placed on my card was released in a timely manner.

We didn't like the walk from the parking lot to the tower. We didn't like the service at breakfast. I think there was a language barrier. I didn't like not knowing I'd be charged for parking. Room service was pricy, but the food was ok.

Ashley was awesome checking us in and welcoming us! We didn't realize how big the resort actually was from the pictures posted. Honestly we could have just come to stay here just for the resort itself, there's lots to do! Walking distance to Sea World and free shuttle to all the major theme parks. Nearby trolley and bus stop for everything else! Amazing Christmas breakfast!

We didn't get to use the free theme park shuttle because it had to be scheduled ahead of time and there were no time slots available when we realized. It was a bit confusing the way they explained it. We just ended up enjoying our room longer so it wasn't a huge deal.

I don’t like how the property is broken up into two sides. One is where it’s quiet and reserve off of the street access. For the other side it felt like the ghetto. It was loud noisy on the street and I was upset because there wasn’t an option on the website to book the room on the side where it’s on the resort. So next time I would like to have an option for that because I would’ve paid to have peace and quiet. And we didn’t have hot water for to of of days we stayed very disappointed. I told staff they just blow it off and didn’t offer any money back or anything.

The room were great, just need to update some of the thing, but we did like the comfort of the bed, it was comfortable and large room and the sofa was comfortable and we could sat to watch tv instead of having to lay in the bed.

Wish it was a walk-in shower instead of a tub, I know most people would like to take long bath or even have Kids to wash, maybe some of the room could just for people that traveling with out kids.

The location is great, the hotel structure is good, the breakfast is very good.

The cleaning of the rooms. the beds and bathrooms were very clean, but the carpet in the room was filthy, extremely dirty, there was no way to walk barefoot in the room, we had to wear socks on our feet, and they felt as if we had walked on dirt. need to improve this. And there is a $30 parking charge separately from the accommodation, as if the parking was in a separate place from the hotel, with the spaces in front of the rooms. I suggest that you add this value to your daily rate, as many people do not pay attention to this observation and end up feeling injured and deceived.

Hilton DoubleTree at SeaWorld is more of a resort than a hotel. The pool area is beautiful and having a “tiki” bar right there to get a cool, refreshing drink is definitely a bonus! The outside live music on the weekend is a nice perk. The restaurant serves great breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Marketplace offers snacks and quick bites throughout the day. There’s a terrific Ice Cream Shop in the main atrium where you can get ice cream in freshly made waffle cones. The gift shop offers a variety of items at affordable prices. AND their customer service is absolutely the BEST! The staff of this hotel are attentive, willing to please and friendly. Their goal is to give you a wonderful hotel experience. We have been to the Hilton DoubleTree at SeaWorld 15 times in the last year and a half and each stay has been EXCELLENT. We highly recommend this hotel.
