Most of the staff were fantastic and very kind as for others I'd rather not mention.

I didn't like the way the booking was handled it was not following process and regulations. Popi act was not followed and confused a traveller. Woman on her own from South Africa. The lady at reception was sarcastic rude and had no empathy. The booking was very contradictory from one stay to another. Yet I was there for 6 nights. I booked out and came running back in late at night to my 'safe place' to be treated like a criminal non the less made to sit for four hours before there was a solution. This should have been first point of action. Yes I had left my card at home but had my banking details. Anyway enough of that I will be taking this further for other women travellers on their own. Otherwise thanks to the kind few you know who you are xxxx

If you are looking for a quiet place not in the counter of the city but yet is close enough by Uber or Bolt that’s the place for you. The breakfast is great, I would recommend the hotel to add some vegetables. The rooms are big and clean and the air conditioner is perfect. There is a shopping mall right next to the hotel with big supermarket as well.

The double bed mattress was uncomfortable and small. i asked to hotel if we can get a better bed but they says that this mattress is the only type they have.

Location. easy to get to from airport close to towns Centre. Even better if you visit for football. Immediate view is the road but beyond are the green hills. Breakfast had good choice with Portuguese bread, jam, cakes and cold meats. (Only missing oats porridge) . I would recommend the hotel if you visit for business, football and holiday (no river views though )

Fast becoming an AC Hotel user - great service, great rooms, large sized bathrooms, safe and Tv are all great, WIFI is always strong, desk to do work. Conveniently located to a 24 hour shopping mall that has shops, grocery supermarket, food court, cinemas and the AC Porto Stadium

The Bar on level 1 - the one guy that worked there was lovely but wow the service is slow, the food takes forever to come out and one night we ordered sandwiches only to get the wrong sandwiches (it was that one night as all the other guests also had the same issue. This was a shame as the night before the service was good and but the Food took a long time to come out. This is NOT located close to the tourist areas down near the river, so be prepared to catch an uber or taxi there

Room was nice size, very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was great! Coffee was very good. Nice area to eat in. Hotel location was very good and right beside a shopping mall. Had dinner twice at the hotel restaurant. Awesome food. Everything we ordered was delicious and fresh and very reasonably priced.

Wi-Fi was terrible! It would cut out and when you do get on, it’s incredibly slow. Used my data instead. First night of our stay we had dinner at the restaurant. Service was so slow as they were catering to a large group in the other part of the restaurant. 30 min from the time we ordered our food to the time it reached our table.

Everything was fine. Clean and comfortable as expected. Friendly and efficient staff who were able to regulate a temporarily problem in the room without fuss.

It‘s a bit outside of the city and situated near the freeway, which would be loud if you would leave the windows open. The mall and the football stadium nearby are a plus though

The room and bed were very comfortable, and the location was perfect for us since we had a car. The metro was a short walk away, so it was easy to get to the historical area. Also, the market was downstairs, so we were easily able to get some good food and restock supplies. Also, we were able to easily park for free in front of the hotel.

We liked everything.

Room was excellent clean. Breakfast start at 07.00hrs too late for a business customer. The Non cooked breakfast ( Like cereal bread fruit and coffee) can start at 6.30 with the rest to follow at 7.00 . Location is good but view of motorway not so great.

The room is comfortable and big. Very clean. The free wifi is very good. Location next to a shopping mall, supermarket and metro which is good.

They do not have coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast is basic. Located far from city center.

Location perfect for Estadio Dragao where I had a work assignment, and easy to get to with the Metro from the airport. Staff at arrival were nice and friendly and during the stay helped with some extra requests that I had. Also convenient (with taxi) for an early morning departure to the airport. Room was great with a good chair to sit on, so no need to sit on the bed all the time.

Very thin walls, could hear things quite well from neighbouring rooms and feel it when doors were 'slammed' shut.
