Another excellent stay in the Melia. Stayed here in September, and again now in May. Everything was excellent again. The hotel even knew that we had returned again, very nice touch. The food was excellent and perfect. It matches any luxury hotel in terms of quality. The coffee and water machine on each floor is a bonus. This year, the room key cards are now on arm bands, and this works out to be alot better and very convenient when needing to pop back to the room, and not having to worry about physical key cards. The entertainment team are also excellent. There are always lots of activities during the day. Big shout out to Ricardo on entertainment (might have got the name wrong) he was excellent. And the manager of the hotel (the German man) very nice man and has everything under control, didn't get chance to say goodbye as rushing for taxi, but we'll definitely be back.

All was good

The hotel is close to the beach and the room was clean. It had variety of food, but very unhealthy beverages.

Surrounding the pools was constantly an awful smell, pee smell I think. The rooms and pool area need renovation. In the toilets near the pools, even the toilet from the reception, was also a pee smell.

the food variety was great, all the staff was helpful and friendly, the spa offers were good, the gym was pretty well equipped, we really enjoyed the beach due to the fact that it was no music, all in all it was relaxing vacation, exactly what we were looking for

the smell from the trash in the bar area was annoying, the quality of the beverages could be better, some minor improvements should be performed in some areas (the wet spa, equipment for the gym), the songs played were the same every single day

Very helpful staff. Lots of activities for children. The dining rooms are varied and cater for everyone. Even beyond the operating hours of the dining room, there is always plenty to eat and drink. The rooms are very clean and large.

There is a smoking culture that has not passed away. People smoke everywhere, including around outdoor dining tables. It is very unpleasant to eat in such conditions, especially when there are children everywhere.

We got to the hotel around 12PM and the room was already made, the stuff are very nice, polite and helpful. The atmosphere was great! A big variety of food, 3 dining rooms, restaurants and food stands and it's all included. The rooms were very cleaned, you could see the staff cleaning all the time. Lot of drinks from the bars.

The food was good but could be better The pools are freezing cold! only the big pool was tolorateble. The slides are not open all the time, only for few hours.

Excellent service, especially given high number of visitors during the season. All areas are clean, variety of food and non alcoholic beverages, I counted 7 pools (one indoor), during the season it was crowded, but possible to find sunbeds near the pool or on the beach (sometimes it took time though). After 11pm it was quiet, maybe we were lucky with neighbours and pool view windows)) Near the hotel bus station, carefour market, pharmacy located. Overall, nice place to have a vacation

Big and clean rooms, varieted food, good programs for the children

The beach is far from the hotel, no sunbeds at the sea in the first line, that s pretty annoying The noise is horrible, the loud music of the hotel is Neverending, if you want your kids to take a nap in the afternoon don t expect silence. Also the other guests are always screaming on the halls... like animals! The music doesn't end until midnight The pools are not heated, just by the sun, so the water is cold! I would like to see more acurate reviews because i choose this hotel based on the reviews saying that at least one pool is heated and they have a private beach, but their "private beach" has nothing to do with the sea.

- A wide variety of food, tasty meat, lots of fruits and vegetables, unlimited drinks anytime (even water and coffee supply near your room). - Friendly personnel, very welcoming people, attentive and nice. - Nice location near the beach, good view of the sea from the room. - Lots of things to do in the territory of the hotel, pools, different restaurants, bars, SPA and fitness center. - Spacious room in good condition, branded bathroom supplies.

- Bad pillows with no alternative options - imagine sleeping on two folded t-shirts. - Bad isolation level of the shower bathroom - water pours out all over the place. - Can't reach out the shampoo and conditioner while standing in the bath. - Sagged mattresses, might be bad for people who are sensitive to sleeping conditions.

The hotel is beautifull and soo big 3 pools ( cold) The waterslides were fun The location is in the center of sunny beach lots of things to do near the hotel ..our room was very big and comfortable... Food was tasty Drinks were ok also

The staff didnt understand english very well and it was hard to communicate with them. The hotel was very crowded, if you didnt reserve a sunbed early in the morning you will not find anywhere to sit near the pool Even if the hotel says no reserving sun beds people didnt listen and they put towels on several beds , It was very unpleasent The privat beach was far from the hotel ( a 10 min walk) The snack bar close at 16:00 so if you are hungry there us nothing to eat exept for pizza.

Everything from start to finish - the staff is very professional and polite. Even though there were no parking spots available at the location, we were guided by the Melia staff to park to a nearby hotel. When we started to unpack the bags from the car, there was already a person from the staff waiting for us to help with the bags. The room was very clean and really big (we booked a double room, but we were informed at the reception that we received a free upgrade to a Junior Suite - I do not know the reason, but it was a pleasant surprise). Our 2 year old daughter was delighted, she had enough space to play when we were in the room. I recommend booking a room with Sea View, it is a really great view and it is definitely worth it. The resort is massively big, it is composed of 5 different blocks, 2-3 adult pools, 3 kids pools, waterslides, a stage and lots of bars scattered around the location. There is a also a kids club, pool tables, table tennis, a trampoline for children and a playground with slides and swings. The food is great, there are 5 different restaurants, each with its own type of food (bulgarian, spanish, italian, chinese and indian). We only tried the first 3, but there is a great variety to choose from. The restaurants are very clean and the staff was really quick to make sure that there was food all the time during food hours and also quick to take away the used plates. There is also baby food available, so it is a great location to go to if you have children. To sum up, it was the best experience with any hotel in Bulgaria. We will definitely come back here in the upcoming years.
