Food was excellent, plenty of choice. Pools are excellent and kept so clean and well managed. Hotel itself is spotless. Location is perfect. Our room had recently been updated and was gorgeous. Animation team done games with the kids when the slides were closed for lunch which my daughter loved. Plenty of sun loungers available. Air conditioning was great.

Some music by the pool would be fantastic, some days there was and others none but on the days when there was some music it really added to the atmosphere. Hotel staff were brilliant but some fellow holiday makers were extremely rude to my son who has Autism which made it uncomfortable at times at the pool and in the restaurant. Some awareness around hidden disabilities within the hotel would be fantastic. Night time entertainment could be better.

The meals are included but other things are not. You have to pay to use the room safe and fitness facilities.

Kids slides, amazing buffet, location.

Staff attitude, cleaners entering the room without knocking, non-existing A/C (there is a central A/C rather than separate for each room, which for the hotel this size it’s simply not efficient). Communication problem as staff with poor English working at the reception. Guy who helped us with two small backpacks guiding to the room stood there expecting a tip and when not provided his demeanour changed and made us uncomfortable. I would usually tip but his behaviour was infuriating.

For us, this was the second year when we are at this location, so we can compare with how it was last year; The staff was same friendly as last year, very nice food for the all inclusive, rooms were very clean, with very attentive cleanning staff. For the price, we have booked very early so we had better price than what was available later on. They have same as last year an animation team, that is perfect if you are with children, this year was open, last year due to corona was not so much activities as this one, some activities are payable, but not expesive (2.5 eur for face paiting, 10 eur for t-shirt paiting), In the evening some shows, for the adults as well, and before that mini disco for kids,

This is a great all inclusive waterpark type hotel that kept our kids busy all their waking hours. It's 4 minutes walk to the beach, so great location from this perspective as well. The waterslides (both big and medium size) were great, though the staff were at times distracted (by their phones or each other) so you have to evaluate for yourself when you go down the slide. The room/s were as expected, typical hotel size, but I was happy we could fit the 3 floaties we bought in the living room at the end of the day. It is also very close to 2 big waterparks (which have free transport from nearby pick up point to the waterpark) so if you are into crazy water slides, location is great. The food was pretty good (as far as all-inclusive can be) and well replenished. The staff were attentive to clear tables quickly.

It was our first time in Sunny Beach and it is too hectic for our liking (and has several adult stores/venues/adult lingerie shops peppered along with souvenir shops, pool toy shops, pizza shops etc). If you want a "city that never sleeps" experience I think it would be great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay at your hotel. The food was excellent, and we were particularly impressed by the staff. Their warm smiles and attentive service greatly enhanced our experience. We felt very well-treated throughout our stay.

The stay was excellent, the reception was excellent, the activity team with children in this hotel is excellent, the buffet is excellent, but only needs natural juice. The rooms are clean and new

I will mention what this place needs, the swimming pool, the water is cold, the water must be heated in the pool, the removal of the space in which there is a garden and the making of a larger swimming pool, and the presence of trees means an increase in small insects harmful to the body, and this was what we meant in this place, The internet was weak, and the club room should be free and not have fees. This is a 4 star hotel. It should be without fees. This is not affiliated with the spa. The spa was bad. There is no massage experience. They were from Ukraine They have no experience in this field.

Perfect all inclusive hotel. Great location, nice staff, delicious food. Acceptable prices if compare with another same level hotels. Room was clean and tidy

For us everything was perfect. Only small thing make us dissapointed. If you like to play billiard, PS4 and another games in the lobby, you should pay 4 bg( For all inclusive its just strange. But we totally recomend this hotel to everybody. Great job, Laguna hotel staff!
