Fantastic stay. Hotel was quiet and welcoming. Receptionist was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her. (Yonela). Lovely big room with a pristine en suite bathroom. Breakfast was amazing with a large selection of cooked items on my plate. My favourite was the haggis! Breakfast staff were also really friendly and the hotel had a very personal touch. I will most definitely be staying there again in the future.

There was nothing that I did not like about the hotel.

The hotel was perfectly placed for our visit. Free car parking and spaces readily available. Staff we really friendly and nothing too. Much trouble

Plug sockets next to the bed would be a bonus or even USB sockets. I always have a charger in my car and tend to bring that lead in. I did say to may partner the bed was too big and I couldn't reach him to cuddle. Lol

Excellent full Scottish breakfast included with room. A good plateful which was well presented. The room was large, quiet location with an excellent large en suite. All in all very good value location. Add to this the friendly staff and plentiful car parking, what more could you ask for!

Receptionist staff were outstanding nothing was too much for the girl.very polite and friendly. Security man was also outstanding at his job,introduced himself before his Nightshift and helped us return back in to the hotel at night.very happy with our stay

room was large and very recently refurbished so was lovely, bed was comfortable, and TV and WiFi were all good. I have an outside door so when i got back at night i could just go directly into my room it was quite nice.

room was next to a busy road although the noise was quite subdued in the room so not a problem. The breakfast area was quite spartan, but clean enough and the staff and the breakfast itself could not have been better.

Free parking at the hotel. Location to town centre was good, only a 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants.Breakfast was cooked to order and was excellent. Will return to this hotel in the future for a nice weekend break.

spotlessly clean and staff were absolutely lovely, hey did all they could to make a stay as pleasant as possible, and the cooked breakfast was superb if not a little too much on plate (but that’s not a criticism. the room was HUGE, the bed super comfy and en suite was perfect.

I needed a place that didn’t break the bank and could get to Edinburgh Airport for late morning. This was perfect. I ate dinner before I arrived as none is served at hotel, but got a drink at bar as I settled in. Breakfast was cooked to order and fresh- not cold buffet style. John managed the desk & bar over night and helped w/breakfast in morning and just as friendly & helpful as one could ask for. Well done, John! My room was overly spacious with large bathroom, too. Shower was divine with amazing pressure for my sore & tired muscles. This is a great little, no frills stop where you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

Nothing- all exactly as described.

Location. Very close to transport services. Less than 5 minutes walk from train station. Same for bus service. Excellent for just overnight, visiting relatives or exploring the Kingdom of Fife. Edinburgh is just half an hour train journey away. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms great . Immaculate. Good breakfast.

I have used this hotel previously because of location and particularly the large dining room which was lovely to come back to after a busy day. However this hotel has changed hands and no food available. However refurbishment was under way so hopefully dining room may be opened again .

We were given an apartment away from the main building which was amazing. Fully functional kitchen. Very clean. Near supermarkets so could stock up and cook. Staff were very helpful and has 24 hour security.

Bit noisy as near the main road. Also... This is in no way a criticism- main hotel looks like it's emergency housing for families in need. So ask for the apartment...but don't let that put you off. We are all only 1 step away from being in the same situation.
