I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms are nice, very clean, and well-equipped with fresh towels, toiletries, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, especially Ms. Sujata at the reception. The location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for solo female travelers like myself – I felt very safe and well taken care of.

We had a wonderful experience at the Al Ain Palace Hotel .The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on check-in and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. I would like to thank all the team! They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious. The pool is amazing, as well as the sauna, steam and jacuzzi. They had arranged cake for my husband for his Bday and upgraded our room to sweet one. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

We stayed in this hotel end of May this year. Check in was fast and they offered us a free upgrade to the suite. Parking was bit easy in front of hotel. Hotel doesn’t have their own parking. You can park for 24hours for 15 AED. Room was very clean and spacious. Room service was good and we ordered food. It was delicious. Overall 8/10.

the rooms are kind of old, furniture is old, toilets are unpleasant particularly the shower was really disappointing, it seems worse than showers in public beaches. we rather to take showers at the pool restrooms. bad bad.

Location was 9/10. The staff was humble, friendly and went every extra mile for the guests. Outdoor pool and restaurants were nice. Public transportation is conveniently located a few minuted by foot.

The shower is bit old, small and smelly. It was clean every time and the cleaners did a great job every single day. The room needs definitely sound proofing though. Sounds of ventilators and people walking to their room is like having an open window or door. It's a bit too much noise but for the price, I don't think it's fair to complain. A life savior would be a cord for charging the phone. There is one in the whole room.

It was a small gesture but made a big difference, showing great attention to guest comfort. I also want to commend Vianca from the front desk. Vianca’s professionalism and warm demeanor made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Their helpful attitude and prompt responses to my inquiries were much appreciated. Overall, the excellent service from Myat and Vian greatly enhanced my stay. I look forward to returning to Al Al Ain Palace Hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

I liked the warm welcome, the service of the staff, the shared pool site with the Royal Meridien is top notch. Also very important : walking distance from the Corniche and surroundings, easy taxi access as well. An overall good experience value/money.

The hotel and the rooms look quite out dated and although requested, my assigned room wasn't a non smoking room. But it was clean. Furniture and bathroom well maintained but definitely needs renewal.
