Staff member very unpleasant front desk staff is so out of patience housekeeping don't speak no English I ordered food from kitchen it was awful the bar staff were wonderful everyone there was pleasant n graceful I love being on the water I'm getting married soon I would have loved to have my wedding there I don't want my family n friends mistreated so I have to find another place I were there q5 days July 3rd to July 17th I would probably not go back I got charged a 340 dollar deposit haven't been returned

The Tiki Deck server, Roe, was absolutely awesome. She was pleasant, very friendly and was accurate with our orders. She should train some of the other servers that seemed a bit snippy. This was our third visit and hope to be visiting again.

I do find that requiring a daily parking fee to paying guests is a bit ridiculous. I drive from Ohio to stay at your hotel, which I love, then have to pay to park in your parking lot while staying. Not to mention it jumped from 15.00 a day last year to 18.95 a day this year.

The pool was absolutely beautiful!! The patio furniture was very clean & organized. The deck bar was awesome and staff friendly and accommodating. It was so great that you can step right on to the beach from the back deck. We went to the gym which was very clean and nice! Complimentary breakfast was THE BEST!!!! Tasty and plenty of options.

We were very pleased. There was not one thing we were dissatisfied with.

I stayed in the King Suite and it was clean, spacious, comfortable and the temperature control was good. There is a laundry (washer & dryer) on the 7th floor, so there was no ice maker on that floor. I just had to go down 1 flight for ice. I asked ahead for feather pillow and it was no problem. The breakfast was terrific for this type of hotel, the bins were always kept full and your usual scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, bread selections and also yogurt, cereals, fruits etc. There was coffee in the lobby free for the taking day and night. The weather was not great (1st week of March, 2024) while I was there, but I can tell you this hotel has the only heated pool on Jax Beach (that I know of), maybe one or 2 others, but ask before you make reservations about that. There s also a heated jacuzzi. The outside tiki bar didn't open until 4pm, it could have opened earlier for people on vacation and playing at the pool, but it was closed on the cooler rainy days. Meanwhile, there is a bar with Happy Hour on the inside of the hotel.

It was decorated artistically in a nautical theme being that it was oceanfront. The furniture and decor were sturdy and new looking. Not like some hotels that in 2 yrs they won’t be in the A list. Everything smelled fresh. Parking was protected. All staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is gorgeous. The food & drinks at outdoor Tiki Bar were delicious and not hotel outrageously priced. We will return on our monthly trips to check on rental property.

The view was amazing to wake up to each morning. The pool is so fun and hot tub inviting. We loved the breakfast and like that the options were switched up a little each morning. We are night time decaf coffee drinkers so the fact that there is always fresh coffee in the lobby both regular and decaf and hot water for teas and cocoa was a big plus!

It was tough at night to get comfortable due to the unique thermostat. The thermostat allows you to set a desired temperature and it will fluctuate running to achieve it. However it didn't work as intended. We set to 72 and would be getting cold so we would go to 74, well it would get to a point where we were hot needing it to come on and it wouldn't, even saying its getting to 75 in the room. Well we'd go to 73 or 72 to kick it back on and guess what? We'd get cold again after so long of it running and not kicking off. Needless to say it keep us up at night changing it often to try to find the happy medium that never occurred.

Breakfast was hot and delicious every morning. Coffee was great too. Pool was awesome and beach access was very convenient. Front desk staff (Ms. Kathy, and the guy in the mornings) were expectational and very friendly. Deliha (sp?) the room cleaner was very accommodating also. I always enjoyed the dog friendly side of the hotel. So many cute dogs.

That they charge $15.00/day for parking. Young guy who checked me in said I would be back for the parking pass. NO I did not. I found street parking everyday for 5 days. Parking was not charged in previous years stays. Also didn't care for the lady who work the late night early morning shift for front desk. She was not friendly or approachable. She had an attitude.

The breakfast the tiki hut staff and the crew that cleaned the rooms were excellent.

We paid $391 plus tax,per night, for an oceanfront room. Upon arrival, we were told that oceanfront was not guaranteed. We were given a room facing the parking lot. No oceanfront view. My child was very disappointed. The hotel was not fully booked. After complaining, we were told, although oceanfront at $391 per night was selected, it was not guaranteed, my family was disappointed. I even had a picture of the room I selected when I booked. After complaining and a three hour wait we were given the room we paid for. After that our stay was excellent. Not sure how meticulously selecting and paying for a specific view, I was told that was not guaranteed but still expected to pay for oceanfront. I am happy they resolved it.

Loved the pool, clean, well maintained, kids loved the basketball net in the pool, the waterfalls were perfect . Plenty of loungers and clean towels. Staff did a great job of keeping tables clean. The bar had a great location on the beach.

The property was a little tired, although clean , things like caulking around bath tub were pretty mildewed, wall surfaces needed a fresh coat of paint and drapes needed to be replaced. Breakfasts were fine, staff kept the serving area very clean. The parking was not free but after a chat with the front desk staff they waived the charges.

I absolutely loved the property, from the staff, to the views, to the accessibility to the beach, to the pool and the restaurant. Everything about my stay was amazing and my kids had a blast too. I would highly recommend people stay here.
