The location on the riverfront within easy walking distance of the restaurants and bars alongside the river as well as access to the historic areas of the old river port was great. It was pleasant to look out the window across the Christiana River. Access also easy to the Children's Museum and the main town as well as the Amtrak station.

I did not like set up for breakfast. The buffet style was a little chaotic with only one or two staff trying to manage. They were perfectly pleasant and helpful but overwhelmed by the hordes, especially on Saturday Morning. REAL PROVISION NEEDS TO BE MADE TO SEPARATE THE SERVING UTENSILS AND/OR THE BUFFET LAYOUT. I watched when another resident took the tongs from the French toast and used them to serve themselves bacon. When I mentioned it I was told "Take it up with the kitchen.." It is basic food hygiene and it is also common sense NOT to put MEAT especially PORK next to EGGS and DAIRY products. Pork is especially problematic in a hotel where visitors come from different backgrounds in terms of religious and ideological choices for diet. Please address this.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was A plus. They had a variety of hot and cold foods to make everyone happy. There were several restaurants right next door to the hotel. ( Seafood, Mexican, Tap room). You had to use your key card to access the hotel floors which was a good security feature. The beds were comfortable. The airconditioning worked well. The room was very quiet. I could not hear any outside noise. I would highly recommend the hotel if your staying in Wilmington.

The refrigerator didn't have a freezer component. There was no microwave. There was only ice machines on two floors.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. We had to evacuate our rental earlier than expected and drove to Wilmington in the morning. The staff allowed us to check in early and even offered us breakfast. Our room was spacious and clean, and the hotel itself was well-maintained. There was a seating area out front by the walkway, as well as plenty of seating inside. The location was great, and we enjoyed exploring Wilmington on the riverwalk. We were able to walk, bike, and eat at the local restaurants. We definitely plan to visit again!

Delicious morning breakfast buffet! Breakfast chef kindly cooked some food specifically for us to accommodate our dietary allergies. Lobby and downstairs restaurant and bar have beautiful decor and well-positioned TVs to lounge and relax. Amazing location to step out directly onto the Riverwalk!

Wish the breakfast started at 6 AM, like it does at other hotels. Some of our group had to skip the breakfast and buy food elsewhere to attend an early morning competition that started at 7 AM. A bit pricey.

Very good breakfast, i never ate in the bar at night so I can't comment on the food but during the 7 nights I was there I didn't see anyone eating there. That might have something to do with the huge portions you get for lunch. Some nice places to eat all within 5 minutes walk of the hotel and there is a lovely riverside walk at the back of the hotel. Across the road is a baseball stadium and an Imax cinema. I was there for my sons graduation in Newark so didn't spend a lot of time in Wilmington but what I saw of it it looked nice and was only a 35 minute ride from Philly airport.

I was on the 2nd floor had zero views (looked at a wall for 7 nights) so try and get a bit higher up if you can. The waitress at breakfast was a bit too keen, I put my glass of juice down and went for food, came back and she'd cleared it up.

Good Breakfast ; it was fresh and had a very good variety of items.. the staff was outstanding always eager to Assist with any requests

Telepphne and cable were off For one day … staff tried to assist but needed the person who worked on internet sustem to come into make the proper adjustments.. but i was adequately compensated foe the inconvenience

Breakfast exceeded our expectations! Eggs, hashbrowns, tortillas, various breads for toasting, multiple cereals, yogurt bar, several ice-cold juices.... perfect for adults AND kids! Best breakfast bar we've seen included at hotel for a long time!

Zero complaints. The hotel was immaculately clean, our room was spacious with a wonderful view of the river. The river walk is peaceful, restaurants and microbrew in easy walking distance. AWESOME in every way!

Location!

I had 2 reservations, 1 for each night. At check-in, I explained about the 2 reservations and asked if they could arrange it so I wouldn’t have to switch rooms. The clerk said sure! Fast forward to next afternoon when I returned on night 2 and found my key card didn’t work at the side entrance so I went to the front desk again. Keep in mind, I left early that morning, & left everything of mine in the room. She told me I was checked out. i explained about what transpired the night before. Fortunately the clerk was able to give me that same room for the 2nd night. This could have had a very different outcome. Otherwise, no complaints.

I liked being able to walk right out to the Riverwalk and see the lights. The bar area and breakfast area seemed nice. There was even a Santa Claus there for breakfast.

The walls were thin or people were really loud. We had to be up early and I could hear someone in the room next to us having sex.

Breakfast was fine, pretty location on the waterfront with a small strip of stores nearby. Need a car or taxi to get downtown

When I checked in, they gave me a room and the keys wouldn’t work. It sounded like someone was in the room they just gave me so I went downstairs and told the front desk but they said I was wrong and gave me new keys. Those keys didn’t work again and turns out the room was occupied. This was a bit flustering as I was carrying multiple luggages up and down the stairs and interrupted another guests stay. They ended up giving me a room right above that on the third floor and offered a water bottle as an apology. At that point I just wanted my room..
