The hotel is very convenient to University of Delaware, where we were headed to graduation. There is a stylish lobby, great for assembling our family, with chilled lemon water. The rooms are generously sized and the beds and pillows are very comfortable.

As one might expect, there was a dramatic price increase for graduation weekend. I requested an accessible room for my elderly parents and upon check in they were given a “hearing accessible” room. There were grab bars in the shower, but that required them climbing into the tub. An accessible room should have a walk-in shower.

Didn’t have breakfast since now you have to pay even though you are staying in the most expensive room on the 4th floor. We had to seek breakfast outside.

Breakfast was good, plenty of options and all fresh and well cared for. Caleb Crockett was at the front desk when we arrived, he was very professional and when he found out it was our wedding night he took extra steps to make sure we had a fantastic experience. He was also very observant when we were in the area to make sure everything was perfect for us. I felt like he represented your hotel in a really excellent way, professional but caring.

Location was easy to find off interstate and was located within a short drive from the ball game we attended in Philadelphia but also ready for our next day in Wilmington. We had a ground floor room with easy access to the pool.

Breakfast wasn't included in our room rate.

Comfortable bed! Great location (as in accessibility from airport etc). Just not so much to do in the area…. You come here to relax and sleep. Quiet. Shower pressure could be better but I guess everyone has their own preferences. You might like it.

How loud the ac/heater is. Damn. I’m a light sleeper so it bothered me some.

The breakfast was overpriced for the food offered. My card was charged double and when I called to discuss it, the team member was rude and kept talking over . He refused to let me fully explain.

Laundry, food, room, staff, drinks and taxi service. The window view of the garden area was awesome. The snow view outside the restaurant front. The breakfast service was excellent.

The room was a little dusty when I arrived. Too little soap.

Very good small restaurant with patio option. Near the big hospital complex. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice courtyard areas. Decent to-go continental breakfast.

Because of CoVid room cleaned every other day - but could ask for towels etc if ran out earlier.

The room was clean, the mattress & sheets comfortable, roomy without being oversized. The bathrooms were narrow but the shower pressure, oh my word!..just so incredible & refreshing! The room, sheets & towels smelt clean!

The room was AT THE END OF THE HALL... 😂 Lol! I guess hence the 'cheaper price'. Also the bathrooms abit compact.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. The staff was friendly and professional. They accomodated our request for ajoining rooms.

At check in, we were checked in by 2 different desk agents, and were put on 2 different floors, even though we were told that our rooms were side by side. However, once my sister went back to the front desk, the error was corrected.
