The bedrooms do not have curtains, they only have a screen which does not have block out and allows all the outside light to come in. The unit has no air conditioner. this is unacceptable in this day and age.

Good location, beautiful apartment, lovely restaurant downstairs, comfortable bed, beautiful and modern finishes.

The DSTV wasn't working, no handsoap in the main bedroom's ensuite, no sugar/creamer, and only 1 teabag for a family of 4. We stayed for 1 night only, so waking up in the morning with nothing to drink but a fizzy drink we bought the previous day, and no response from the host, was a bit disappointing.

The apartment had everything I look for when I am deciding which booking to make. I enjoy staying in places that are luxurious and this apartment met and surpassed my expectations. I really liked the choice of furniture and all the kitchen gadgets. I am also impressed by how secure the whole building is, the access control is state of the art.

Just that there seemed to be any air conditioning and there was no DSTV subscription so we just resorted to watching YouTube on the smart TV.

The furnishings and decor was impeccable. Everything was stylish and well appointed. Location was great. Really central. The size of the unit and the layout is ideal for a family.

No generator for the unit during load shedding

The security at the property, their friendliness and willingness to help when needed. I also liked the fact there is a posh restaurant that brings fun inhouse results in UBER cost saving to travel elsewhere just for fun but fun comes to you at this property. The room is spacey

The fact the rooms are serviced at a fee 😢. Lack of AC and less ventilation in the room. Adding cutlery and kitchenware would be ideal to accommodate additional guests

good location and layout

bathroom lightning inadequate. drinking glasses were not clean. no usb charging points. no air conditioning.

We liked the place, the environment very near to Nelson Mandela square and Internet services good. Maximum security. Comfortability and good space in the rooms.

The cleaning schedule, once cleaning was bad, our bin was overflowing because no-one to empty it. We had no waster papers to clean the cooker. But the kitchen was well stocked

It was definitely a spacious and comfortable apartment with everything available. Beautiful views as well! Definitely got a good rest there😊

The lock on room 214 is difficult to use, we struggled to lock and unlock the apartment. In 410, 2 of the bathroom bulbs weren’t working and no adapters were available to plug in the lamps😅

Great apartment ..clean and very neat..its better than the pictures..facilities and the appliances were top notch..defense booking here again...restaurant and bar downstairs a great bonus plus the pool...great host

Iron was leaking..

The apartment was tastefully decorated, very spacious and comfy beds. Location it's near Sandton City and there's a shopping centre nearby. The staff are very lovely from the cleaners to the manager, Babalwa was exceptional.

Nothing to moan about, whatever did not go right was beyond their control like loadshedding, or an oversight
