Everything was clean and the hotel is beautiful. A little jewel in the heart of Sandton. Nice and quiet in the room.

Breakfast was very crowded. The breakfast area is small and the tables a bit too close to each other. One struggled to walk without bumping others as they ate. There was a queue for the fresh eggs station and the gentleman making eggs was a bit slow when it got very busy. My husband waited for about 20 minutes for one fried egg. The staff door is behind the egg station queue so there was a lot of shuffling and noise coming from that side. It was a bit crowded and hot too. Maybe a bigger space is in order and the queue for the eggs should be moved to the other side of the room, not right by the staff door.

The Ambience was good, the breakfast was amazing and I will recommend this for anyone visiting Johannesburg. They also had complimentary shuttle with a great guy

From the moment we arrived, the staff's warm hospitality and attention to detail were truly remarkable. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering every comfort I could ask for. The breakfast buffet was our biggest highlight, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options The hotel's ambiance was delightful, whether it was relaxing by the pool, enjoying the serene views, or exploring the nearby attractions with ease, thanks to the convenient location. The shuttle services was top-notch , the driver’s hospitality made us feel very comfortable and was always available when needed. A special shoutout to the staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their professionalism and kindness truly set this hotel apart. I can’t recommend Garden Court Morningside Sandton enough for anyone looking for an exceptional stay. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

I did not like the TV they need to update their DSTV Channels and add Netflix

We liked the friendliness of the staff and that they are very professional and take care in dealing with clients. Whenever we had a request for a spoon, a knife ect then they made sure that our needs was met. The room was very clean. The food was a variety and very delicious. The staff made sure we were seated and comfortable while eating. They also kept the place nice and tidy by removing dirty dishes while we ate as well as preparing tables for the clients coming in to eat. We are forever thankful for the 'tone down' , it was breathtaking and the treats fresh and tasty.

The hospitality is excellent. Friendly staff. They are all willing to help. We’ve enjoyed our stay.

The only issue was the water was cold in the mornings. We raised our concern about that and they said that we have to be patient. They said the hot water will be available around 11am. I couldn’t understand that because we can’t bath with cold water in a cod freeze weather. It was cold this weekend. This morning we couldn’t bath because the water was still very cold and we have to check out at 11am without a bath. That’s a no no. I was not happy at all.

The Hotel is located in very cozy suburb. It is well maintained. Welcoming by staff is second to none with a smile that makes them unique. The foyer is not clouded and is large enough to avoid accidental encounters. Privacy is another aspect of your uniqueness as well the environment in which Garden Court Morningside is situated. My room was superbly cleaned and neatly arranged by your housekeeping personnel - kudos to them!

No restaurant! Some of us are not made for fast or junk fund. Spur being the only choice when aiming at dining, may become one of the motives to drive clients away from the hotel. For sure, i can grab something once in a while from Spur but not all of time. there are times for proper meal and choices aver very limited there. More stringent access control by the security personnel. It would be safer and preferable to give arriving guest lists and departure ones to security to check incoming and outing guest, their drivers, taxis and friends. I just said that I ma checking in and was let through - so easy. This easy a serious security concern

The peace and tranquility, and the hospitality of staff mostly. Dependable, reliable and ready to help anytime. Was devastated when TV could not show my favorite team Chelsea on my first night, little did I know it was jus a phone call away and it was rectified. Very impressive.

I seem to be having a problem with the blankets at night, there might be an uncomfortable feeling, not sure if its the Matt or the sheets. But there's this irritation or smell that gives you a sore throat or something... But don't get it wrong, the facility was v clean tbh, I just think it is just me. (I more often get this feeling when in hotels/lodges) No way I am criticizing anything, I love it here..

Everything was good from the reception service to breakfast and the cleanliness of the hotel,I loved the fact that their kettle doesn't make noise when you boil the water and the carpet was very new and well kept ,the staff members were very friendly and the hotel itself is very beautiful, there is a Spur restaurant on site and they also do room service too, most of all the location was good, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We could hear the gate open all night long and the next room's conversations, so there is no soundproofing. The egg station lady seemed to have been overwhelmed and that made the wait for the eggs too long

Everything was perfect for our stay Christmas morning was so lovely The staff was so good as to what they do. Room Was clean n neat.. whatever we required was delivered to us without a hassle. My family enjoyed our Christmas holidays There was no restrictions to breakfast Would love to come n stay again when I am in joburg... close to sandton mall Bonus having a spur in the same building Which the kids enjoyed

I loved the fact that the staff was always willing to assist. I was coming down with a flu and they were kind enough to make me some ginger with garlic! Also the breakfast is great, they change the chefs special and the veggies daily which gives a bit of a variety. Also the location is great, very convenient to a lot of places like Sandton Mall and Mall of Africa

The room didn’t have a refrigerator which meant that one couldn’t really get stuff like ice cream and also they don’t provide drinking water.
