The place was comfortable with nice people to help you in your needs. Very relaxing ambience. The staff was very warm. The room was spacious and clean. Staff very helpful with assistance by ordering food that comes from outside.

The neighbors played loud music till late hours every day during the week days. There was a bird making weird songs during night time also not that pleasant.. the breakfast can be more varied. Because it's a family hotel having kids activities would be a plus cause now it's none existence. In my room there was 3 people staying, the privacy from bathroom and room was not in place, there was a glass between room and bathroom see through. Also there was no big mirror in the room.

What a piece of heaven! Jordan Hotel Boutique is a place I didn't want to leave. The property is gorgeous, lush, quiet, and peaceful. The staff are so kind and accommodating. They immediately felt like family. Always a smile, always willing to help with any questions or requests. The rooms are comfortable, breakfast fresh and tasty. I can't wait to go back.

The staff of the hotel was just amazing, and especially Ricardo! The hotel is in a very quiet and pastoral place. Whenever we needed anything, the staff helped us with the best attitude, always smiling and willing to do more. The junior suite was big and with an amazing view to the lake, absolutely perfect! The hotel offers a jacuzzi right in front of the lake that the guests can book in advance. The breakfast was great, served with the most personable service. Eggs are made to your preference with toppings of your choice, bread, fruits, cereals and hot beverages. We didn’t feel like it was missing anything, although it would have been nice to have just a little more options (salads maybe?). We had our best time there and highly recommend it!

The hotel doesn’t serve lunch or dinner. Normally it’s just fine, but since the hotel is located at a 20-minute drive from the main town, it may be a bit of a problem for some people. You can order delivery from the front desk (they take care of the order, bring the food all the way to you, and they even set us up with plates which was very nice of them!), however there wasn’t much variety, mostly pizzas and burgers.

Ricardo and Camilo and the other staff in the kitchen are just amazing. they will arrange for anything you request- getting taxis, food, setting up bonfire, hot tub, water sports, massages!!! this is a little piece of heaven tucked in a corner

Ricardo and staff were extreme helpful and welcoming. They made sure we had the best experience possible and were able to give great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. This is perfect for couples looking for a relaxing retreat from Medellín or just a long weekend. The breakfasts were also excellent (I don’t normally eat breakfast but must have had their omelette every day).

The hotel is fantastic and comfortable and has a staff with the most wonderful people I've ever met at a hotel. The room is so nice, with a huge bathroom and they all have an excellent view of the lake. Very easy to arrive. The breakfast was like a buffet and the eggs were delicious! Great cookers! We love the jacuzzi! The place is very quiet and beautiful and the restaurant was open, with very delicious food.

In general, it was quiet but sometimes you can hear some noise from the next room (this is common in hotels I guess).

Everything about this hotel was incredible. The views from our balcony, the dreamy jacuzzi by the lake, and the staff’s meticulous attention and care for us. Everyone was so welcoming and easy to talk to. Shout out to Ricardo and Juan for making our stay so lovely! If you’re looking for the perfect relaxing vacation, look no further than this hotel.
