Centrally located and highly accessible by metro National Palace of Culture station. Vitosha Blvd is a minute walk with plenty of restaurants available. Breakfast is good. Room has electric kettle, ref and bar drinks/ snacks for sale. Shower is good and bed is comfy.

Hotel was very clean, the bed extra comfortable, clean white bed sheets and clean towels. There was hot water in the shower any time, breakfast was okay, satisfying and the staff spoke very good English and were very helpful and friendly, even when i asked them after checkout to leave my suitcase there for a few hours. Location of hotel was excellent in the center. It was my first fime visiting Sofia and i was very satisfied, i recommend this hotel and i would stay there again! Thank you!

When i checked in my room at midnight, there was a smell of cigarettes which wasn't a problem for long because i opened window and it disappeared. Otherwise all good!!

Location was great near to restaurants shops park and public transport, staff were very helpful friendly and always smiled and said hello they booked taxis for us gave us a city map and would help you all you had to do was ask . Clean rooms great water pressure fast hot shower great mini bar not much not to like kettle hairdryer toiletries all in room . Breakfast was great lots of choice from cold meats and cheeses to hot breakfast , cereals, pastries fruit and much more 😋

No milk in the rooms but asked the staff and they gave me some maybes just a couple of longline milk in the rooms would be great

Excellent location. Two mins from Metro station. Easy walking to all central sites of interest. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. Very good breakfast choice. Stayed in junior suite. Loads of room. Excellent value for money. Tea and coffee provided along with batroom goods and replenished every day. Mid-day checkout was also very valuable in allowing good use of the final morning of my stay.

Whilst king size bed was excellent size wise the mattress was rather spongy - could have done with something firmer; but guess that's a personal choice.

I've stayed here a few times and it always delivers. The staff are friendly, the room is nice and clean, the breakfasts are great and there is so much choice. The hotel is in a perfect place for the city center and the NDK.

If I had to write something, it would be that there is no parking. But I 100% get it. These streets were never built to cope with traffic. There is great secure underground parking under the NDK, literally 200m away.

The beds are comfortable.

The bathroom with the tube was to big and not so comfortable to us. The girl at the reception was not nice and didn’t welcome us when we arrived. Didn’t even say « Hello ». Also, she take copies from ours passports telling us it’s bcz it’s will take time to register us and we need to wait longer 🤦🏻‍♀️ and she told us one she’s finished she will delete the copies. Never saw this practice before. She also told us «  I was working at the casino and hotel before and I knew how is work » 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ The hotel is in old construction and the climatic is old, in the bathroom is too much moisture. Never again in this hotel! The only nice person it’s was the guy in the morning at the bar when we took the breakfast.

This is probably my 10th time staying in this hotel in the past 4 years. It became a tradition to stay in Art Plaza at least for a night, during my travels around the country. The rooms have been renovated, they are always tidy and clean, and you can't hear much around. The staff is always helpful, the breakfast always has something for everyone, and on top of that the location is really good. I like that the reception is 24/7.

The room was satisfactory, the breakfast was very very good (10/10), and something else I would like to mention is the fact that I lost my phone duribg my taxi ride and since we don't speak Bulgarian the receptionist was kind enough to talk to the taxi company and arrange the return of my phone. I will therefore always have a fond memory of this hotel :)

Hotel was close to all attractions

The noise of the cars .room 105 especially Friday Saturday and Sunday. Hotel management must take action.

The hotel was in perfect location. Very clean. Very good temperature in the common spaces and inside the room. The bed very comfortable. The wc very clean and with nice temperature. The breakfast was relatively good.

The room was smaller than what we expected. If we stayed for more than one night or if we had bigger luggages, it would not be very convenient. The staff were men of few words and did not look willing to help a lot.
