The price sence we were only going to be there about 7 hours . The two ladies that waited for me to get there were awsome . They stayed a few min after closing to allow me to get there .

Dark neighborhood a little tough to find the building

Letting staff unhelpful. Couldn't get keys to work. Saved by local. No blankets on bed.

Big bed, clean towels, AC. Really nice and friendly worker on the reception. For sorry to us he gave to us late check out, what was for us unusable but something better than nothing. 🙂

Reception in different place than acomodation. Old and used stuff in room. I didn't feel safely, when we came to the place where is reception.

It was near the train station.

It was difficult to find the actual apartment. The apartment did not feel very secure. The bed was broken and uncomfortable.

It is not a b&b, it is one room in apartment you share with others, no WiFi, tv not working, gas stove not working, dirty bathroom. You also dont get the keys at the adress they provide in the booking, you must walk to other location first...

It was in a central location. That’s all that could be said for it.

We paid £270 to stay there and the shutters didn’t work, so there was light all night, there was no hot water. We were told we had been upgraded. God only knows where we would have stayed otherwise.

The so called hotel room was a room in an apartment situated in a residential apartment block. Firstly there was the nightmare of checking in. We arrived at the "hotel" only to find that there was no way to enter the building. When I telephoned the hotel office I was told that I had no choice but to travel to their reception office at Reception Office at Piazzale della Stazione del Lido 22 (Central Station ) This took ages and the area outside the station felt very unsafe. When we got back to our room we noticed the toilet flush button in the wall was missing and there was a hole in the wall where it should have been. I telephoned the reception and told them that we had been given a room without a toilet flush and I was told that there were no other rooms available. I told them that it was unacceptable that we should be asked to stay in a room without a functioning toilet and that the hotel should book us into other accomodation. I was told that this was not possible and when I asked if we were expected to stay in a room with piles of sh*t filling the toilet and no way flushing it, I was told that someone would come the next day. Eventually I found that if I put my hand right into the hole (unhygenically scraping my hand against the inner parts of the wall each time) and press parts of the works of the flush that the missing button should be attached to then I could flush the toilet. The room should not have been rented in this condition. In addition the TV did not work, one of the bedside power sockets did not work and the duvet had no cover on it which is quite unhygienic. The next evening when we returned we could not get into the apartment as the key did not work. It went round but did not open the door. There was no one in the apartment this time to open it for us. I telephoned the reception centre and they told me that they were aware of “issues” with the lock.

When I arrived at the property at 11 pm, There was no key at the box as they mentioned via WhatsApp messages , I stayed till 2 pm in the street unitill find a taxi and find a hotel , It was a nightmare for me , I tried to call them but there was no reply , I want full refun and componsation for this otherwise I’ll make sure I will leave enough reviews all over the internet .

Nothing, they are bad persons.

We made a reservation for accommodations and received confirmation that it was all set. However, upon arrival (which was a residential building), no one was there to assist us. We then spoke with a very rude person who claimed to be an assistant but refused to help us. As a result, we ended up paying for the accommodation, but were unable to use it. It was a poor experience dealing with these individuals, as they essentially took our money without providing the promised service.
